This property was perfect for our 6 day stay. We felt safe and comfortable. We could walk one block down to the beach and one block over to the main strip. There was a loud night club a street over, but as this condo was on the backside of the building, we couldn't hear it once inside. The rooftop pool/bar was gorgeous and relaxing. The host responded to any message within minutes. We will definitely be booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The most we loved our ocean view from our balcony, every morning with a cup of coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable, everything was great! We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge, we usually ended our evenings there with some wine. The location was also great if you look for very close shopping, restaurants and entertaining. The walk to the beach was about 6-7 min long. The property manager, Deborah, was very helpful and easy to contact with. We would definitely stay here again. Grace and Danny

Excellent location excellent pool

The location is top notch, the building is very well kept, and the room is a great size for plays! Most places are much smaller. The rooftop pool was also super nice. Would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very helpful with the check in process and replied quickly to any questions we had.

Beach Getaway

The property is in a great location a couple of blocks to the beach access and just a few short minutes to the shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our time. We will rent here again. Roof top bar and pools were a plus especially while waiting on a teenager to get ready!

Choice rooftop pool, bar and hot tub with a fabulous views.

Quick Boys trip, great location just off the main strip, while the corner night clubs were close by and thumping, it never bothered us. Be sure to hit Ah Carbon tacos around the corner! Please was clean, comfortable and all we needed. Ice cold AC!

Playa Del Carmen Getaway

We had a great stay. This condo has everything you need for a getaway in Playa Del Carmen. The location is perfect and an easy walk to the beach, shopping or nightlife. Its a very quiet unit, clean, and came with bottled water. The pool and rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the ocean! The only downside was water pressure in the building, but that is only a very small inconvenience. I loved the unit and would stay here again.

Nice complex close to narrow beach and 5th Avenue.Had a couple of power cuts after rain storm! Dissappointed no cable TV and no English instructions for SMART TV apps! Water pressure dropped occasionally,making showering impossible.Safety hazard-electric shock from toaster!!

Surprisingly small condo

Our stay had some pros and many cons. Pros: Great location. Walking distance from great beaches, beach restaurants and the main drag at Fifth Avenue. Rooftop pool was nice - great view, but cold since it's not heated. Rooftop sitting areas was nice and never too crowded. Cons: The unit was way too small. Living area could barely accommodate two adults comfortable. Kitchen was so small that cooking was difficult. Location was noisy, but that was largely remedied by running the fan. Shower was almost not usable due to very weak water pressure. Bedding was clammy and uncomfortable due to having no mattress topper and what appeared to be plastic covers. Balcony was very small.

Loved our stay in Playa del Carmen

The good: This is a modern, comfortable building. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom suite on the quiet side of the building. (There are several nightclubs in this area that could keep you up, but we couldn't hear the noise from our suite) The beds were comfortable, but the living/kitchen/dining area is small. This didn't bother us because we didn't spend much time in our suite. The pool deck is amazing with lots of places to sit in the sun or shade, a large and small pool, a hot tub and a bar. Julio at the rooftop bar makes a really good margarita, so be sure to try one. We were there for two weeks and we took advantage of the free mid-vacation linen change and cleaning, which was much appreciated. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The bad: There were stairs to enter the building, though there was a lift for persons in a wheelchair or those with mobility issues, but it didn't look like it was easy to access. To get to our suite we took the elevator to the third floor, turned to the left, walked down the hall and up 9 stairs, so this is not a good suite for someone who can't do stairs. The whole time we were there we had to walk up the stairs around buckets to catch leaks. We were told that the pool was leaking. Overall: This is a very central location. It is located one block off 5th Avenue and one block to the beach. You have beautiful views of the beach and all around Playa del Carmen from the roof. We really enjoyed our stay.
