Gortaderra has two accommodation choices provided by Graham and Lorna Dicks. Clare Cottage is a two bedroom house (sleeps 6 including pull out sofa) in a garden setting with all amenities provided including light breakfast ingredients. There is a bath, washing machine and a full kitchen and all linen is supplied.There is a BBQ area,kids play house and dog enclosure. A smaller one bedroom unit on site (sleeps 4) is also available and suitable for combined family/friends.

Well presented 2 bedroom cottage, comfortable with all amenities. Only 5 minutes from Dubbo central, so quiet and peaceful.We are oldies, but the property would be ideal for young families as the outdoor areas make for great play areas.

Perfect - A hidden treasure

We were there only one night with our dog but could have easily stayed longer. Lovely spot and very close to Dubbo.Very easy to find and lots of room inside and outside.

A lovely place in the midst of a peaceful garden

We were so lucky to be in a lovely rural setting and yet we were so close to Dubbo to visit friends. The accommodation had everything we needed and it was a absolute bonus to be able to stay there with our elderly rescue dog who so enjoyed exploring the gardens.

We have stayed at Gortaderra before and loved it, thus the return. It’s a lovely property with farm acreage which our dog loves! Lorna and Graham are really helpful and the breakfast left is really appreciated.

Perfect stop over.

This lovely cabin was perfect for my overnight stay with my very active dog.Spotless, quiet and private.The heater was on and the cabin warm.Very peacfull and a large garden to explore after a long day in the car.Plentiful supplies for a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival as well as supplies for breakfast.Hope to stay again.

Loved it!

We loved our stay at Clare Cottage. We stayed one night after a long drive and really wished we could have stayed longer. Clare Cottage was extremely comfortable, it had everything in it you could ever need. I particularly loved the surrounding orchard and gardens, a little bit of paradise for me. Highly recommend a stay here.

amazing place to stay

Second time staying at this cottage and didnt dissapoint again. Always has a light and heater on when we get there and has a range of breakfast foods and condiments available. Highly recommend staying here as its just like a home away from home.

Perfect accommodation next to the zoo

Lorna & Graham are delightful hosts, who maintain the properrty to a high stabdard & provide small treats as well. The cottage which was exactly as described was perfect for our family holiday to Dubbo zoo & surrounds.

Lovely accommodation, beautiful gardens, plenty of space for the whole family

The accommodation was fabulous with plenty of room for our family of 5 (one in a porta cot). It was very neat with everything you need including breakfast and furniture for a toddler. The cottage is located in a very spacious garden a good distance from the main house, giving you the feel of being in the country but only a short drive from town. The cubby was also well used by our children.Such beautiful location and accommodation. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.
