You will be a ten minute walk from the river and a 20 minute walk or short car ride to Shoalhaven Heads Beach, of one of the South Coast's finest beaches, a 10min drive to the picturesque town of Berry, and only 25mins to the world-famous white sands of Jervis Bay.

Choose to swim, surf, boogie board or just float under blue skies in water as crystal clear as a mountain stream, where your four-legged friend can run for kilometres and the kids can splash in the waves whilst mum and dad relax.

You’ll be staying at a bright, spacious, renovated beach house that has room for multiple families to stay in comfort. Inside a large living area with room for all the family is a great space to relax. Open up the doors and enjoy the beach breezes or take a walk outside where you’ll find multiple areas to relax. The garden is fully fenced throughout and the back garden is the ideal spot to launch a tennis ball to the dog, read a book or just watch the children play. As night descends, gather around the big table on the patio (or the fire pit) and enjoy the best view of the milky way you’ve ever seen!

When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy a movie, listen to some tunes on the bluetooth speaker or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids and dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited Wifi.

When it’s finally time to hit the hay, you’ll find four bedrooms with inviting beds with extra pillows and blankets if you need them. Three bedrooms are located within the main house with 1 bedroom as a detached studio & perfect as a retreat for kids or teens. This property features a combustion fireplace and Air conditioning in the main house as well as fans for summer and heater for winter. Fan and heater in the studio to keep you so comfortable that you won’t want to get up the next day. But you’ll already know from our exclusive guidebook that there are so many things to see and do in the Shoalhaven Heads & Jervis Bay area – from where to shop and where to dine out, to in-the-know local knowledge of the area’s “hidden secrets” that you’ll want to jump out of bed and explore!

But before you head out for the day be sure to enjoy a lazy holiday breakfast and a complimentary espresso coffee on the back patio.

The house was perfect for a groups of friends who were going to a concert at the Berry Showground. It was a comfortable house in a quiet location, and we put the pizza oven to good use on the first night.

1) The gas stove in the kitchen wasn’t working at all except the smallest one on the front left. We reported it to someone while preparing for dinner but no one called us back throughout the stay. 2) The basin in the middle bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t find anything to fix it. 3) Couldn’t use the DVD player at all.

Such a great location. So quiet. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely spacious home. There were 5 of us and it was not crowded at all. A bit of dust on kitchen lamps and some surfaces but everything else nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen and the extra shower and toilet in the laundry was great.

Weekend away down South

We arrived on Friday afternoon to find a freshly cleaning house - Aloha.The house was situated in a flat area so great to walk the dog and not far from the water. We had a great meal at the Shoalhaven Heads Bowing Club located nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were close to the bedrooms with a great shower. The lounge was expansive to fit us all on it with a great open plan kitchen and lounge area. We had a lovely weekend!

Relaxing family stay

Our family group loved staying together at Aloha! It was very close to Berry and the beach/lagoon which was fantastic. Thank you so much for having us! I'd only recommend to the owner/cleaner to clean the bathroom/laundry ceiling, include instructions for the dishwasher and install blinds on the bedroom window in the granny flat for better privacy. Overall it was fantastic for a weekend away!

Great house for large groups

This house is very suitable for larger groups - families or friends. Shoalhaven Heads is a beautiful location and the house was clean and with everything you need. Friends and I went down for an online conference and the internet access was easy, fast and reliable. Loved the fire pit out the back.

Lovely for family stay

Property is lovely - with a beautiful garden. The kitchen needed a bit of a clean when we arrived, just the shelves and pantry area. We had no internet or wifi for the duration of our stay. The property management staff were excellent! They had the provider ring us twice, but we had no reception so troubleshooting was impossible. Overall, the house is lovely with space for a family and the pet! Very quiet street with lots of very friendly neighbours. Short drive to Seven Mile Beach. We enjoyed it.

Needs attention from a cleaner

Arrived and had to clean ALL the toilets. All were still dirty, very off putting and disappointing way to start a holiday. Sink taps all mouldy but wiped off quite easily (so not sure why not cleaned prior to our arrival given so easy to clean off?). Showers also mouldy but used these without cleaning. Alerted management via email and photos of issues day after arrival. I did expect to hear back during our stay to rectify (apologise or even explain lack of cleanliness) but no response apart from ‘we will let the owner know’. Carpets dirty and stained in all rooms. Wi fi did not work at all during stay. Also had to wash sheets on one bed as still dirty (assume from previous occupant). Outdoor searing area nice was and yard secure. Quiet neighbourhood. Short drive to shops and beach.

Short Break Away

The property was as per advertised. Although we had a small issue with check-in after a short phone call this was quickly resolved, (new system check-in). Upon arrival we were advised that the washing machine was not working but this didnt worry us as we were only staying for a few days. However, within 24 hours the washing machine had been replaced. The only issue we had was a an unpleasant smell from one of the bedrooms, which we believe happened with the previous occupants. Although the room had been cleaned, the smell had returned and we had to shut the room for our duration. If they had time in between stays, they need to shampoo the carpet, which is not the fault of the owner, but we would have been happy to allow deep cleaning to have happened during our stay to get the problem sorted. We were however, suggested to open windows and spray air freshener which is not really ideal when you are not in the property all day. The house was spacious and had all the items you required for living away from home. If you like coffee I would recommend taking your own coffee machine with you. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.
