The Space:
You'll love the comfortable and stylish decor in this three-story town home. The home boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full beds to sleep a total of 8 guests. The well apportioned open plan second floor has a living and dining room with gourmet kitchen.

The comfortable living area has a Widescreen TV and cable services. You'll love the generous open plan layout, gorgeous furnishings and all its comforts of home is available’? This home also offers Domestic Long Distance calling and Wireless Internet.

The home is great for entertaining, cooking and being able to share time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped kitchen and dining area!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils. Also available are washing and drying facilities, making it easier to have those ‘little one’s’ ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress!

The Neighborhood:
The community of Vista Cay is located on the beautiful Lake Cay, situated right next to the Orange County Convention Center and only a short distance from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld Adventure Park and even closer to SeaWorld’s Waterpark, Aquatica. Vista Cay at Harbor Square is located in Orlando's newest development, Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando's greatest experiences. Not forgetting, that this wonderful resort is only a short drive from Orlando International Airport.

Getting Around:
Rental car is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

5. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

7.This will be a self-catering house.
