Newly refurbished small house in the old town centre with a large terrace sunlit from morning to evening. The proximity of the river allows you to sleep by the relaxing sound of water or the croaking of frogs. The town is among the 6 "wine cities" in Liguria, the house is close to all amenities and ideally located 9 km equidistant from Alassio, Albenga and Laigueglia through a flat and smooth stretch of road. The hills that surround it are a paradise for cyclists, hikers, and sightseeing lovers.
The sea this side of Liguria is pristine, with shallow waters and sandy beaches, so ideal for children too. The nearby inland offers abundance of must-see medieval villages, rivers, lakes, and similar pleasant escapes. Most of our guests choose us because we can offer the best of both worlds.
The renowned garlenda Golf Course is at 10 minutes.
Uncomplicated price, it comes with everything included at no extra cost: bedding sheets, blankets, extra pillows, water, electricity, wood for the BBQ..

Belles vacances entre mer et montagne

Location originale dans un petit village typiquement italien. Hôte disponible et fournissant d'excellents conseils de visites. Il faudrait juste un peu plus de rangements pour nos vêtements et nos affaires.

Why they chose this property

Photos can’t convey this, but the terrace is directly on the river bank and the vegetation is almost at arm’s length, making it an ideal place for nice breakfasts and dinners. Sleeping on it while gazing at the stars will be an option for some.
The house is fully accessible by the guests, with a parking space 5 metres from the house and many others scattered around town, which is quite small but provides all necessary amenities: pharmacy, minimarkets, butchers, cake shops, bars, banks, post office, petrol stations..
Ortovero is well known for the production of wine, it's one of the only 6 "wine cities" in the whole of Liguria, a local winery won best bubbly worldwide; it's also very popular for peaches and roses.
