Located next door to a Good Start Learning Centre, 2 minutes walk to the Swan Hill Leisure Centre, Alan Garden Reserve and the Swan Hill Show ground and Recreation Reserve. Jana Manor offers a central position that is close to the CBD and major sporting venues.
Jana Manor has excellent ducted heating/cooling for all year round comfort.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, 81cm flat screen t.v. and clock radio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds plus a single trundle bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. The main living area has 2 double sofa beds with innerspring mattresses. A Holiday cot and high chair are also available at no charge. All linen and towels are provided with beds made ready for your arrival with electric blankets for those winter nights in all 3 bedrooms.
The bathroom is 2 way with a blackwood vanity with overhead mirror and lights, shower recess, heating/light tastic and hair dryer provided. The laundry has a large bench & mirror for extra guests for hair and make-up. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. All amenities are supplied for your arrival.
The laundry is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry supplies including washing powder, fabric softener and pre wash spray.
Jana Manor has an abundance of living space in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living room is spacious with 2 lounges, both which convert to 2 double innerspring sofa beds, an entertainment unit with a 81cm flatscreen t.v. and a dvd player, stereo/cd player and 2 coffee tables.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with bench stools and quality stainless steel appliances. Contents include electric oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, large 322litre fridge/freezer, gourmet frypan, kettle, 4 slot toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses including wine & champagne glasses and cooking utensils.
Pantry provisions include: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Long Life Milk. White Toast Bread, Butter, Vegemite, Strawberry & Apricot Jams. Some other kitchen provisions are also included eg. dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, serviettes, paper towelling, glad wrap, foil, cooking spray, tomato sauce, salt & pepper etc.

Offering everything you need whether it be full dining in the stylishly furnished 6 setting dining area, a take home dinner or an in home delivery. Perhaps you would prefer to dine alfresco in the undercover 6 setting dining area fitted with a fan for the warmer evenings. Dine on a grilled banquet cooked on the gas BBQ provided. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need, including a lock up garage, for a stay in Swan Hill. The host was very friendly and the breakfast provions were an unexpected bonus.
Wendy is a great host..she was both helpful with information on the area, and was very prompt in replying to queries.
The Pantry & Fridge were well stocked with food, cereals, milk, juice, etc.
The accommodation was very clean and the air conditioning was a god send as it was a very warm day on our arrival. The accommodation was spacious and exceeded prior expectations.
The access to the garage to park the car securely was an added plus.
There were 2 minor glitches..front door lock would not open as latch was not operating when handle moved, and a prior booking had dropped the portable wi-fi unit causing battery to expand so cover could not be installed on unit. We were able to enter accommodation from door on side of garage, so all good there.
Overall, a very impressive place to stay..highly recommend to all staying in Swan Hill & surrounding area.

Wasn’t able to update persons details online and owner offered for us to pay more bit was extremely nosy and wouldn’t mind her own business. We bought an air mattress for the kids so they wouldn’t hit the ground if they fall off yet the nosy owner pestered as to why we needed the extra mattress when there are adequate rooms.
We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Owner, were there enough rooms for this?
I had already paid in full to you including the extra heads yet you maintained a terrible tone and continued to be pesky with my choices. When the owner entered the house for the head count, she OPENED THE FRIDGE which contains OUR private property - why should there even be a reason for checking the fridge? THE FRIDGE!!! We left a day early due to terrible and disgusting service. Even after the stay, she maintained an arrogant tone and continued to ask questions.
NEVER STAY AT THIS RESIDENCE. You’ll be disgustingly greeted with TERRIBLE, APPALLING service accompanied by an ARROGANT, NOSY and BAD TEMPERED owner. Will never ever touch this listing again. Absolutely disgraceful.
This lady is the host with the most. The property was immaculate and so well stocked with items both food and functional in kitchen.
I've never come across a stayz like it. Area was lovely and quiet. Nice and close to shops.
Really appreciated the extra towels & an extra bedroom to sleep in as my hubby sometimes snores.
Host is very thoughtful. It was the most relaxing trip ever.
Will certainly book again.
The owner went above and beyond to provide a clean, well stocked (breakfast supplies) house that was within easy walking distance to town. We’d happily stay again.

Everything you need, loads of space, comfy beds and a full kitchen! This place suited us perfectly for our Xmas stay. There was even a Christmas wreath on the front door and a mini tree inside for a bit of Xmas spirit while we were away from home. Thank you Judy!

Good Place to stay in Swan Hill
This is a great place to stay, well laid out townhouse, comfortably sleep 6 with great entertainment area inside and out. The townhouse was well presented, very clean and great array or breakfast products and basics for your stay. Only negative is that there is only one bathroom. It is in a good location close to the main street and restaurants.
The Owner Wendy was also most helpful with any of our requests. When we come back to Swan Hill we will stay again.
