Summary:

You wont be able to help but relax whilst gazing at the amazing views of the rugged ocean beach. You can also admire the decor of this stylishly decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach home which lies nestled in the sand dunes of upmarket St Andrews Beach.



The Space:

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets.



You wont be able to help but relax whilst gazing at the amazing views of the rugged ocean beach. You can also admire the decor of this stylishly decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach home which lies nestled in the sand dunes of upmarket St Andrews Beach.



Once you turn into the long driveway you will feel like you're in another world, one that's extremely peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.



The large air conditioned living room has a wall of windows for you to look out at the ocean. There's a plasma TV with Apple TV, a huge modular leather sofa with plenty of books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen has dishwasher, coffee machine and a dining table that seats 8. There is free WiFi.



The living room opens out to the deck that has a large covered section for alfresco dining and there's the separate section of the deck for reading and relaxing.

Wonderful light filled space

This property has a really great feel and the owners are very friendly and good to deal with. The views are magnificent.

Dunes retreat

We had a lovely stay at Dunes Retreat. This was our second visit, and always love the peace and quiet, as well as the wonderful views. The property is always very clean and has everything to make our stay perfect !

Stunning Property!

Dunes Retreat was more beautiful in real life than in the photos! comfortable beds, clean, tidy and a view to die for! ONLY thing is, the driveway is incredibly steep and warning should be provided. Had a beautiful weekend and would recommend it a thousand times over!

The house was in immaculately maintained and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view from the house was amazing and just standing in the living room, you can just take it all in. I would say the only down side is there is only one toilet and bathroom and when you have 6 adults staying it is not an ideal situation :) Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of city living.

The house was amazing and perfect for a large group! We had such a great time here celebrating my birthday. The house is decorated beautifully and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. We loved sitting at the big dining table too! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Massive windows everywhere so we could take in the views! Beautiful! All my friends were raving about it. The beach was stunning as well and felt nice to be a little bit isolated (but not too far) from the rest of the Peninsula.
