Sunnybrook is situated in a quiet area of Cape Woolamai suited to families. It is a short walk to local shops and safe swimming beach, Cleeland Bay ( 2 mins) and a short 5 min car ride to the famous Woolamai Surf Beach ( or you may like to bike ride, or walk, then cross the sand dunes, 20 mins )
Quiet streets and coastal areas suited to walking or bike riding with the family.
Close to boat ramp, San Remo jetty and shops, Churchill Island, Purple Hen winery, bus stops and fishing areas.
Only 20 mins drive to Cowes with bay beaches, shops, restaurants and attractions. 5 mins to San Remo with shops, hotel, eateries and famous San Remo Fish and Chips with fresh and cooked seafood.
Also many local attractions, nearby. Penguins 15kms, 9Kms to koala park, 21kms to The Nobbies, 9kms to A Maze'NThings

Property Features

Ideal family home could suit 2 families. There is a large backyard and garden which is fenced with mesh wire and gate.
The home is split level with an upstairs deck with bbq and outdoor setting. The deck has rails and tension wires.
Upstairs- 2 bedrooms,4 beds, sleeping up to 6 people. There is an ensuite with shower and also a separate toilet and bathroom.
Living area is open plan with lounge, dining area and renovated kitchen. Lounge has reverse cycle a/c/heating as well as a wood burning heater, new digital TV, DVD with blu ray and new cd player with FM radio, usb and SD/MCC slots
Downstairs there are 2 single double bunks, sleeping 4, shower, toilet and washing machine *note downstairs accessible via external staircase only.*
All bedrooms have a fan and column heater.
Older style wooden high chair supplied ( suit 2yrs plus).
Large, deep, undercover single carport. No Smoking in house.

*Long driveway, gates open to backyard. Easily accommodate car and boat.

-1 bedroom with double bed bunk and single bunk above.
Additional single trundle and mattress, that folds up on legs, Dacron doonas for double bed. Feather/down doona for single beds

Downstairs
- 1 bedroom with 2 sets of single double bunks ( sleeps 4 ) feather/down doonas.
Cotton Blankets and extra woollen blankets also supplied for all beds.

Please bring own linen -sheets (top/bottom)pillow cases, towels, bath mat, tea towels.

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you'll get back 50%. Otherwise, you won't get a refund

Great for a affordable, low-key getaway!
The house is not flashy but great for a affordable, low-key getaway. We particularly enjoyed the deck with its BBQ and big outdoor table. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and the house is very close to the beach. The beach is perfect for dog walking and would be ideal for small kids. Thanks so much for having us Glenda!

Now retired my husband and I enjoy spending a few days each month to unwind, reading, walks on the beach, restaurants and wineries.
We like the country atmosphere and natural beauty of the area

Why they chose this property

Initially we bought the property so we could stay a few days to visit our father who had recently moved to a retirement village and there wasnt room for additional people. Since his passing we are now using this as a rental property and also the family beach house. My own children visited the area regularly when growing up and now their young ones are also enjoying the area.

What makes this property unique

Situated in a quiet area of Cape Woolamai and walking distance to a safe beach has been an ideal location for children and grand children. There is a paved road with car access blocked off in sections perfect for safe pram walks and young children with their bikes.
Relaxing area for all generations.
