Renovated classic A-Frame cottage in the quiet end of Cape Woolamai. Metres away from the Cape Woolamai Phillip Island Nature Park and its breathtaking views along the coastal walk. Walking distance from the quiet Cleeland Bight beach and the local cafe Wooli General. 10 minutes walk or 1 minute drive to world famous Woolamai surf Beach. All the other attractions of the island are just a short drive away. The recent, thorough renovation includes large windows and sliding glazed back door for plenty of natural light and direct connection to the back garden. Natural cork flooring for warmth and soft feel on your feet, double insulation for thermal comfort and energy saving, achieving a 8 stars NatHERS status. LED lighting throughout with manual rotary dimmer switches to regulate your lighting atmosphere as you wish. Washer/Dryer available. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed, the second one with two single beds and two trundles. Total sleeping capacity of 6.
Front garden can be used as parking spot (max 2 cars). Back garden for enjoyment and relaxation. Outdoor furniture available in the shed.

This thoughtfully renovated A-frame beach house is well appointed with everything you need for a quiet break away. The house is comfortable and clean with great communication with the owner.It truly is very quiet with this well insulated building very close to the beach. Will come again.

Lovely peaceful location, well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Close to beaches, bike riding, walks and good coffee. Host was friendly and so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We came here with our 2 year old toddler. It was the perfect escape for us. We loved how it was walking distance to the beach and the outdoor shower was a treat. Plenty of toys, books and games to keep our toddler entertained. The house is really well designed and just what we needed for a beach escape. Fast and excellent communication from host Nicolo. We will be back soon!

Nick’s place was perfect for our stay in Cape Woolamai. The house was super clean and comfy, with plenty of space outside for the kids to kick a ball. We loved meeting Snowy the bunny next door, and my son had a great time with the books and games. The wild bunnies hopping around were such a bonus too! Nick was really kind and flexible when I had to change our booking dates, which I really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

A really quirky property with lots of charm in a quiet but convenient location. Everyone liked though the stairs are narrow and turn so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Perfect getaway

Quiet, stones throw away from the beach, with beautiful personal touches and lots of childrens toys. Perfect for kids and adults alike to catch a break. Loved the two beaches within 2-5 mins from the house.
