True getaway in the Catskill Mountains! This townhouse is in the heart of Windham Mountain Village, situated at the bottom of Windham Mountain, just a 5-minute walk to the "magic carpet!" Enjoy the fall & winter sports at the mountain, while also being a 5-minute drive to the quaint downtown. There is nothing better than returning to this cozy space after a day on the slopes! Location is everything with the community center right off the back deck with indoor pool, hot tub and more!

The space
Location is everything with this home!

Not to mention the cozy atmosphere inside! Let's talk space! This home features a generously sized living room with vaulted ceilings, a classic stone wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 4 in addition to a dining table that seats another 6 people.

The first floor bedroom has 1 bunk bed and one queen bed, sleeps 4. This bedroom has a "jack & jill" full bathroom attached with tub connecting also to the main living space. Washer and Dryer also featured on this floor!

The master bedroom upstairs features a king and two twin beds, sleeps 4. There is also a full on-suite bath.

The front entrance offers a convenient mudroom with hooks and cubbies for all your storage needs.

The back deck is stocked with firewood, BBQ and chairs to hang! Walk down the steps of the deck and you are at the all the Windham Mountain Village Ammenity Center featuring an indoor HOT TUB & POOL! This is a major bonus and so close to this home!

Windham Mountain Village's location is key with just a quick walk to the magic carpet! At the end of the day, you can just ski home!

Two parking spaces come with the house with additional parking available within Windham Mountain Village.

No smoking or pets, please.

There is an extra guest house side of the house if needed with an additional bedroom, full bath, and private entrance with an opening to the main house if desired. Please let us know if you need it! It would be an additional $150 per night.

We are cousin owners - 2 families with a long history in Windham!!

We named our house the ‘Totem Pole Paradise’. Why? A totem pole is a pole or pillar carved and painted with a series of totemic symbols representing family lineage. They represent stories or important events. On these poles, each figure on the totem represents part of a story. These totems are used as a way to record the history and legends of the tribes. We think that this represents the feeling of our home. We hope that each of guests make your own memories with stories to tell for future generations.
