Conveniently located a short drive to Hunter Mountain, Windham Mountain, Tannersville, Phoenicia and Woodstock, this central location allows you to pick various places to visit and explore.

This 3BR/2.5BA chalet is perfect for getting together with friends and family as it is the perfect entertaining spot because of the 11ft dining table, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and wet bar. Additionally, it has a huge 15ft picnic table outside on the deck in a fenced in backyard complete with firepit, BBQ grill and swimming pool.

Regardless if you want to stay in to relax or venture out for... Skiing, Snowboarding, Zip lining, Snow/River tubing, Shopping, Dining, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Hunting, and etc, our place is the perfect base for you and your group.

my friends and I loved our stay at this house! the host was very easy to communicate with, the house was great with lots of amenities and really well-stocked. we would love to stay here on a future ski trip - thank you Marquis!!

Excellent Vacation

The property was amazing, plenty to do in the chateau itself, let alone the surrounding area. Everything was clean when we arrived, there was lots of space to work with, the hot tub was incredible, there just aren’t enough nice things to say about the place. The owner was very clear about everything, and was easy to contact if needed. 10/10 Would absolutely rent again given the chance.

Top to bottom a wonderful experience! The home owner was easy and pleasant to work with. The house was great for our to families to get together and make lasting memories. The front bar/game room was amazing from the pool tournament to the dance party with the awesome lighting set-up. Big family dinners at the long dining room table. Movie night in the fireplace room and a soak in the hot tub. We couldn’t ask for more. Wonderful all around! Thank you

Great house and exactly as advertised

The house was clean, easy to find, had everything listed and needed to make the stay great. Our host provided easy and clear instructions for finding the place and for the check out process to make things as easy as possible. This house was such a steal I cannot recommend it enough!

Wonderful stay in the middle of the Catskills!

A wonderful home for a middle sized group close to all the summer and winter attractions of the Catskills! A short drive from NYC, the house is equipped with a hot tub, pool, and lovely outdoor space. A group of close friends and I spent our NYE here and had a lovely stay. The game room is perfect for fun get togethers, complete with pool tables, a bar, and a sound system. Groups should just be aware that they should bring extra trash bags and paper towels for their stay to replenish when the supply runs out!

Amelia and her group were great guests. We had a good flow of communication. They respected the house rules. They were accommodating when we needed a few more hours to clean (due to ice storm weather conditions disrupting the cleaners' schedule). They were extra thoughtful by washing the linens at the end of their stay...although cleaners didn't realize it and re-washed everything anyway. And accidents are a part of life...so, I was happy that we quickly dealt with the minor breakage and worked to get to an agreeable solution. Amelia & her group are welcome back for New Year's Eve or any other time they want to stay.

This is our vacation chalet where we love to entertain family and friends. We can't use it all the time, so we decided to make it available to others who would love to enjoy some time to explore, entertain and relax in the Catskills.

Location, Location, Location. This place is great in itself if people in your group want to just stay in and relax. It is also great for people who want to visit and explore the area from skiing/snowboarding, shopping, hiking, hunting, dining or whatever, this place is only minutes from it all.
