This newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the fluffy sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. Recently completed renovations provide a clean, updated and fully outfitted condo for your beach vacation. Located at Regency Isle where ammenities are ample and access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activites are easy and convenient.
The property has both indoor and outdoor pools, grilling and kids play area.
The unit is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beauty, which sleeps 6 comfortably (including pullout couch). The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets (well stocked), granite counters and updated appliances. The floors in the bedrooms have also recently been updated. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite, with the second bedroom including a queen bed, bunk bed and ensuite. The unit also has a laundry and 1/2 bath.
The huge balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and includes a lounge area for post beach relaxation or an afternoon of quiet reading while you listen to the sound of the ocean.
Location, location, location....
We're located on a more quiet section of the beach, but still close to restaurants, shopping and activities. The unit faces out to the gulf and beach access is easy.

The condo is amazing, view of the beach from the balcony is stunning and everything is just as described. The host is easy to reach and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and great location

John and Lesley were great to deal with from sending us recommendations before our trip to responding to an issue we had promptly. It shows they take pride in their place by how well kept and clean it is. The condo facilities were well maintained from the pool area to the gas grill picnic area. The third floor was nice having the option to take the stairs or elevator. We loved sitting on the balcony with early morning coffee enjoying the perfect beach view.Lots to do in the area with good restaurants and boutique shopping to chain stores. We had a great time on a fishing trip being able to take our catch to a yacht club to cook for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us as it was our first but won’t be our last time in this area.

Awesome Property!

We stayed at the property for 10 nights. Absolutely beautiful condo. The property was well-maintained and had excellent amenities. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool as well as hot tubs. The facility was kept up very nicely. The remodel condo was spacious, tastefully, decorated and very comfortable. Well equipped, honestly couldn’t ask for more. The owners were very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for an awesome day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked. Our only issue was the lack tv programming available. We are in our 70's and were there for only rest and relaxation. So if you are wanting to look at TV, the choice is extremely limited. The Shower is very tight and do not get in the bath tub in the main bedroom. It is very small and unsafe due to no grab bars and it's fiberglass so it's very slippery. I had a lot of difficulty getting out. Other than these issues, we would recommend this unit highly.

Lovely Weekend Get Away

This was our 5th time staying at Regency Isle, each time in a different unit. I have to say unit 302 was one of the best. The remodeled kitchen and bar area was fantastic. The ice machine worked great to replenish our coolers daily. The balconies at RI is one of the largest in Orange Beach and one of the main reason's we love RI so much, along with the complex. The patio furniture in 302 was very comfortable and being right above the pool we were able to watch our teen age kids swim. The living room furniture and TV's are a little dated and could use an update. The kitchen was nicely furnished but could add some grilling utensils. We appreciated the opportunity for staying in your unit over the holiday weekend.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners. From the easy directions for parking & key code to get in, to the beautifully appointed condo, to the perfect location (close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful). John and Leslie thought of everything to make it feel like home. I forgot my kindle and was so sad I had to spend the quiet week with nothing to read but then found a lovely variety of books to choose from in the living room. I picked a book I couldn't put down....sadly, I didn't finish it before we left so I ended up ordering one from Amazon so it could would be waiting for me by the time we got home! Mornings on the porch drinking my coffee, reading a book, listening to the waves wrapped up in a blanket.....was the perfect start to every day while I was on vacation! Thank you John and Leslie for thinking of everything to make your condo feel like home away from home.

Wonderful Stay, Great Location

The condo was just as promised and as shown in photos. It’s roomy, comfy, and clean, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. If there is a downside, it’s that the pool is on the beach side (and the balcony side) and can be a bit noisy in the day if you long to hear only the rush of the waves on the Gulf. But if you get up early—and you should to enjoy the glorious sunrise—you’ll hear nothing but gulls and the Gulf. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of extra blankets and soft towels on hand. We cooked nearly every meal there and the kitchen is well stocked with pans, tools, and dishes. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring your own fav spices. The kitchen is a bit light on those, but that’s personal preference. Tip: Find the nearest Rouses Market for the best grocery selection and prices. You’ll need a car because there’s not much within walking distance other than other residences. But there’s stores not far away and a wonderful park close by with lovely walking paths. The hosts were easy to reach and great to deal with. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!
