This newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the fluffy sands of Orange Beach, Alabama. Recently completed renovations provide a clean, updated and fully outfitted condo for your beach vacation. Located at Regency Isle where ammenities are ample and access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and activites are easy and convenient.
The property has both indoor and outdoor pools, grilling and kids play area.
The unit is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beauty, which sleeps 6 comfortably (including pullout couch). The kitchen has been fully renovated with new cabinets (well stocked), granite counters and updated appliances. The floors in the bedrooms have also recently been updated. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite, with the second bedroom including a queen bed, bunk bed and ensuite. The unit also has a laundry and 1/2 bath.
The huge balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and includes a lounge area for post beach relaxation or an afternoon of quiet reading while you listen to the sound of the ocean.

This is a family owned property and has been renovated for family use. We recently decided to share our piece of paradise with you. We hope you enjoy the peace and tranquillity the same way that we have for the past 20 years. OB is a wonderful family, romantic or regenerating vacation spot. This condo unit has provided a ton of wonderful memories in the 3 years we've owned it and we hope it does the same for you while you're visiting.
