We loved the property. Unit was right by the pool and the trails. The unit was decorated very nice and the layout was great. There is a big covered porch in the back. Two bathrooms were wonderful to have and the master bath had 2 sinks. Both bathrooms had plenty of hooks. It was right by silver dollar city which was our main destination. We had a great stay!

Amazing place!!

We had an amazing stay for a weekend getaway to disconnect. The condo was as described and as the photos showed. It was the perfect place to just unwind.

Great place conveniently located

We had a great time in Branson staying here. Close to everything you want to see but far enough that you felt disconnected when you wanted to. Modern place with a homey and contemporary feel.

The unit was well decorated, but was lacking in overall maintenance and cleaning. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the closet. Unit had a very musty smell and very high moisture levels. Most of the walls and decor was covered in dust and cob webs. The unit did have everything we needed for our stay and we are grateful for the hospitality but would probably not book this unit again.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was the perfect location for our trip. It was just a hop skip and jump to the parking lot for SDC and our kids loved walking the trail down to the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely plan to return on our next trip!

Grown ups trip

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this property for a weekend away. The property was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!

Did some golfing, boat on table rock lake, shopping, silver dollar city harvest fest and top of thr rock golf tour. Had a blast. House was in good location and very cute!! Would rent again and hoghly recommend

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from the pool. There was a little noise from some kids above running, but we were not in the unit most of the time so it wasn't too bad. The pictures are relatively accurate although they make it look a little bigger and it could use some refreshing (paint, small updates ect.). Overall it was nice and clean and we were happy with it.

Great Vacation and Location

This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location and how close everything is to it. It was very clean and nicely set up. I have two small children and they had plenty of space to play and felt like they were “at home”. It was very quiet and we never heard noises per looking at other reviews. I recommend this place and it is very family-friendly. Bed is comfortable, Hot shower, big bathtub for the kids to soak in and play. We are already planning another stay within the next year.

cozy little retreat

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to see/do while in Branson. Easy drive to any of the attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and master bed and pillows were a dream! Our kids loved having a small park to play and the trail to the water was very peaceful. I was worried about barking dogs or loud neighbors after reading some reviews, but we never heard a thing other than some footsteps once in a while. We are already planning a visit back this winter!

Worked well for our needs

Came to Branson for 2 days of Silver Dollar City. You absolutely cant beat the location proximity to the park. Nearly all the condos in this area are very similar, so this particular unit doesn't stand out from the pack. But it was clean, and nicely furnished. I would say the masterbed mattress is rather saggy, the towel hook outside the master shower is broken, and I wish the curtains in the front (kids) bedroom blocked out the sun better (so my kids didn't wake at sunrise while on vacation). But overall this was a great place and we'd stay here again.

It was a great little place but we had trouble with the living room tv it never did work. Texted and was told we were not the first ones having trouble with it and someone would come out and help us get it going.Stair way light was out the first night we returned from a show. Very dangerous, we could not see the steps at all. This was reported also and nothing happened until I told the maintenance man on our way out the last day and he was right on it. Otherwise the rooms were great and very comfortable.

Wonder condo! We were very happy with our stay.

My family had plans in Branson with my extended family and due to COVID complications, we had to make a last-minute reservation of our own. We were pleased to see we had found a cozy and wonderfully decorated condo. Everything was up to par and better. The only issue we had was with the WiFi. We are both IT Sys Admins and we had a look at the router and rebooted it a few times. The router appeared to be dead. We chose to make due and enjoyed ourselves otherwise.

Great condo but couldn’t get questions answered prior to reservation

I tried for weeks to call and email because I needed to change my dates. My husband ended up having to work the last day of our stay. We couldn’t get a response so we just drove separate vehicles and he came home a day before us. The condo was very nice I guess my issue is more with Evolve. Don’t think I will deal with them again.
