Expected better service!

Property was very clean and as soon as we arrive we weren't able to get a hold of property managers to receive the gate code. We Check the rooms and one full size bed was broken try to reach someone but didn't receive a reply also stove was not working and again I tried reaching someone and didn't receive a reply we weren't able to cook on our apartment and have our Thanksgiving dinner.

Great spring break trip!

This apartment was an excellent choice for our group of 4, with ample space left over! (After all, there were 7 beds that could comfortably fit 10 people, although the 2 bathrooms might be a tight fit for larger groups). The kitchen was very well equipped; the balcony had a good view; and the beds were all comfortable. The pool, Walgreens, and Publix were all close by and were great resources. Katharine was an excellent host. She was incredibly communicative--answering all of my small questions beforehand, sending me all the check in information via multiple platforms, and calling the day of to make sure that we were all set. She also put little signs around the apartment as reminders of what do to/not to do to avoid any damage fees. Highly recommend!
