We started off our trip in Orlando at this property. The villa was very large, spotless, in a great location and the pool was great. The grocery store and a couple eateries were within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Great property

Property was everything as advertised; was super convenient for what activities we had planned at the convention center. The resort grounds were well maintained and easily accessible. The proximity of other amenities (grocery, restaurants, etc) within walking distance of the unit was super nice to have as well. We will be looking to stay here in the future.

So we just got back and the place is beautiful. Extremely well kept very spacious and close to everything. My only knock is that it is hot in a Florida and the AC unit locked to a certain temperature. We would have liked the temperature a little lower than 71 degrees. However overall it was a wonderful experience and highly recommend staying there!!

Excellent property in a fantastic complex!

This is an excellent property that is in great condition. The Vista Cay complex is in a perfect location, a close drive to every attraction in the Orlando area. This high-end facility is always my top choice when staying in Orlando. This specific property was perfect for my family of five (all adults), as there was plenty of space, as every bed was large and comfortable. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Communication with the property owner was great too! I will definitely look for this specific property next time I am in Orlando. Thank you!

The propriety itself is a little dated, the carpets need to be changed for sure and it’s very, very crowded in the pool area. Overall, the pool area doesn’t seem very clean either. If you are used to staying at higher end properties, I would steer clear for sure. However, it’s a great price for a larger space.

Great place / location !

We took our kids to Disney and the proximity to the parks / food / shopping was excellent .... 10 - 15 minutes from everything! The place was clean, updated and exactly as described. Private / gated community and amenities were great and we felt very safe. We went after Christmas / New Years .... which worked for us, but we had some party people above us 12/31 that were loud and didn’t go to sleep until 4:30am. I called security, but they couldn’t do much. Not sure how you plan for that, lol

Perfect spot for Disney and Universal

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to Universal Studios and Disney, and in a nice, non-congested area. Publix was right there, and there were many family friendly restaurants within a short drive. We had a minor issue upon check in, and a property manager was there within 15 minutes to deal with it. I would 100% return to this property for our next vacation!

Luxurious comfort and cleanliness

Our 7 night stay was awesome! We received a code a week before for everything and it was so easy to use. The unit was so clean and perfect. The one pool and hot tub were right there. You couldn't have been closer. It was quiet and fun! We would stay again for sure!

Perfect property for any type of Orlando trip!

Conducted a week long business trip and this property exceeded our expectations. Lots of amenities walking distance from condo (grocery, food, etc.). Condo was very clean with all the bear necessities, and some extras too. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this property for business or pleasure while in Orlando. No issues with any of the condo amenities or appliances. Rooms were spacious and just right for what we needed.
