Built overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Bay of Con Con and Playa La Boca.
The Surf Shack is a casual compact studio apartment. It a place to hang out and watch the ocean and waves. The beach below is a surf spot and there are other spots close by. There are also horses and kayak rentals close by.
There are many Restraints and markets in the area.
It also a great base for exploring the area.
This area with plenty of activities and easy access to transportation. Renaca, Vina del Mar and Valparaiso are all close.
The unit has a spacious deck for relaxing and taking in the view. a Queen sized bed and Kitchenette. The bathroom is roomy and has a shower and a small bathtub.
It's down two levels of stairs.
The apartment has a good feeling to it. It's well separated from others and in it own private little spot.
All apartments now have access to a new stairway down to Avenida Borgona, the new coastal walkway, bike path and La Playa La Boca.
