Experience luxury accommodation at it's very best. Rosby Guesthouse is nestled within a 400 acre, working property in Mudgee's thriving wine region. Escape. Explore. Relax.

Every room has a private ensuite, individual artwork and complimentary, sumptuous breakfast. Relax by the open fire in the main Guesthouse and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Once there there you will not want to leave!

The Guesthouse enjoys panoramic views of the beautiful, rural setting. You will find an abundance of natural wildlife and may even spot the Angus cattle grazing nearby. Enjoy the walking tracks that meander through the property, collect the eggs from the Rosby chook yard or help yourself to the complimentary vegetable garden.

There will always be someone available if required during guests stay.

We often get asked for some suggestions of places to eat and wineries to explore during their stay in the Mudgee Region. There is always plenty to see and do in our beautiful region, but here is our pick;

Rosby Wines cellar door, sculpture garden & art workshops
Come and have a wine tasting with Gerry in the gardens of Rosby and have a art tour with Kaysie. Open 11am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday. Rosby also runs art workshops throughout the year and are a popular retreat for groups of friends and couples seeking a unique creative experience in a beautiful country setting.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Rosby Guesthouse in Mudgee with friends. The place is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by stunning countryside. The guesthouse was very comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway while exploring the wineries around Mudgee.

Fabulous house

We just spent a thoroughly enjoyable weekend at Rosby Guesthouse with 3 other couples. The house is amazing and in a beautiful setting with gorgeous gardens and even a veggie patch . It has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back.

A little piece of heaven

Could not fault a thing. Beautiful property with everything you could think of down to gum boots and umbrellas. There were eight of us and we had a fabulous time. Our hosts were most gracious. Will be recommending it to friends.

Amazing property

We absolutely loved it here and would thoroughly recommend! We stayed in the Guesthouse and the Studio. Each bedroom is large and either has an en suite or its own bathroom which is really handy for big groups as is the generous sized dining table. The whole place is beautifully presented and there's ample outdoor furniture. The breakfast supplied is fantastic and was more than enough for two days. The oven in the Guesthouse is quite small when cooking for 8 but luckily we had the Studio too which has a similar oven (and there's a BBQ).

Gorgeous property

Our group of 4 couples had a very relaxing long weekend at Rosby Guesthouse. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable and has the most glorious views. We particularly loved the open fireplace and the fresh eggs from the chooks. Gerry and Amber looked after us very well. Mudgee is a beautiful place to visit and I can't recommend Rosby Guesthouse highly enough.

Excellent property

We had an amazing time at Rosby, perfect for two families with a view to die for. The kids loved having space to run around and checking for eggs each morning. Amber and Gerry were fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. With breakfast included we spent mornings and afternoons at Rosby watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely be back.

Everything we expected

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosby Guesthouse. The house is everything it looks like from the website and we particularly enjoyed our own private Rosby wine tasting on the verandah at sunset. We will be back!

Great Wknd at Rosby

In August booked the whole of Rosby House for a wknd with friends and had a perfect time. House was wonderful and we were looked after with all we needed.
