Be sure to check with the clubhouse front desk. They have everything you need including pool sticks, ping pong paddles, horseshoes, tennis racquets and even fishing gear.

This spacious upstairs 1,110 sq. foot vacation rental has vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining area. The outdoor entry door has a security camera for added peace of mind, and notification that your packages or uber were delivered.

2 master bedrooms. The first master has a queen bed with 6 clothing drawers and a wall mounted flat screen with Cable, DVR, Roku, Netflix and Amazon Prime, The master bath is ADA compliant with shower rails. The master bedroom features a king size bed (most vacation properties only have queen size beds) and also has a large 50" flat screen TV. There is high speed WIFI internet. Both bedrooms have amazing mattresses for a perfect nights sleep.

The easy access front door coded deadbolt lock takes away the hassle of picking up keys at check in, or finding keys lost at the beach. Just touch the Logo to light up the key board and then type the 4 digit door code to activate the deadbolt to lock and unlock the door.

The Beach House Restaurant at Bradenton Beach is a favorite spot for live music and great fish tacos. The Publix & Aldi's grocery store are a block away. The movie theater is behind the Holiday Inn Express just 2 blocks away. We will email you a guest guide wilth many other restaurants and fun activities to visit on your stay.
