3 Bedroom Holiday House with River Views

Only 60 minutes from Adelaide, this holiday house offers a relaxing lifestyle near the waters edge. There are river views from the main living areas, balcony and one of the bedrooms.

This is a 3 bedroom property (king, queen and 2 bunks) with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas. This property is only a few meters walk to the riverbank edge where Caloote Landing has a public area with a concrete boat ramp, swimming area, large gazebo, toilets, fire pit and a bbq near the waters edge.

The Kitchen includes all cooking facilities and a DeLonghi pod coffee machine. This will enable you to sit back and enjoy a relaxing coffee out on the balcony and take in the beautiful view. Further there is a bbq and pizza oven located on the balcony.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Split system heater and cooling located in the main living area and all bedrooms.

Caloote is only an 11km drive to Mannum for those looking to shop and enjoy a dine in or takeaway meal.

Easy weekend getaway from all the hassle and bustle of everyday life.

Sorry no pets, parties, tents, caravans or campers permitted.

Second stay as enjoyable as first

We booked a river weekend 3 weeks after first staying at Josh’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we’re getting a bit too use to morning coffees on the balcony. Hope to be back again soon. Thanks again for having us

Great family weekend

Beautiful family weekend on the river, couldn’t be happier. Room for 2 families with kids. Host fantastic. Short walk to the river (which we liked because of young kids!). Will be back. Thanks for having us 😊

Perfect for any group.

Very worthwhile stay. Very comfortable beds. Loved that every room had its own aircon. Great location for fishing and a quiet getaway for you and your partner. Loved the amenities especially the board games and old school consoles. Couldn't imagine a more complete stay.

Ideal Long Weekend

Everything there to enjoy stay, right down to the coffee machine! Comfortable beds. Cellular service great at front of property, used spare ipad for wifi hotspot. Great view of river. Ideal location for Mannum, Murray Bridge & a visit to The Bend Supercars. Josh an excellent host.

June Long weekend

We arranged our booking on the Saturday before the long weekend after finding the listing via Google. After a little trouble with the initial booking system, every thing else was easy. Josh was quick to reply and provided great information as to what we should expect and what extra gear we would need to take with us. On arrive the house was far closer to the river than we first thought and it was just an amazing holiday house. Hope we can get back and rent this place out again in the near future. Tim and Ally

Great little spot for a Getaway

We loved staying here it was very relaxing. Plenty of space and very comfy beds. It was very hot and we loved that the bedrooms all had their own air conditioners. Also loved the coffee machine.
