This cottage is centrally located in Mannum. Relax with glimpses of the river from the back entertainment area. It’s a 10 minute stroll to town centre and the Mannum waterfront where you’ll find groceries, bakeries & choices for meals.
Just 90 minutes from Adelaide & 50 minutes from The Barossa Valley makes this an ideal locale for a weekender or long stay.
Enjoy a river cruise on a paddle wheeler, fishing, water skiing on the Murray or a hike to the Mannum Falls.
Everything you need is provided with comfortable beds & linen. The kitchen boasts an 8 seater square table for meals & many appliances for food prep. Perfect for 2 couples or a small family.
There is Weber Q & a kettle BBQ with furniture for dining & enjoying the outdoor garden area. NOTE Please let me know if the 3rd bed is enquired as the sofa bed will need to be made up.

Perfect little cottage for a weekend get away. Close (walking distance) to the Main Street and Ferry/River. Good range of games (no friendships were harmed during monopoly or Pictionary) Comfortable beds and linen. Spacious outdoor area with BBQ and Weber. Susie was a great Host, very helpful and has done a great job thinking about everything guests need whilst on holidays. Will visit again!

Our host was very friendly and checked in (virtually) to make sure everything was fine. The accommodation was nice and cozy with a full kitchen facility for family cooking. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The best part of the stay was how close it was to both Mannum town and then the International Dark Zone area.

The cottage has everything you could need during your stay.We were there for 10 nights and only needed to provide our own groceries.There are staple supplies in the pantry.There is plenty of crockery, glassware and cookware of good quality to make cooking and cleaning up so easy.The cottage is well set up for 2 x couples to share comfortably, and there was only the 2 of us so we had heaps of space.Lovely grass area at the back, with outdoor seating, plenty of parking for a boat and some views of the Murray River.We found a good walk to the main street via a set of steps, and made use of this most days...little bit of a steeper walk back to the cottage...but easily achieved.

Stayed a Fri/Sat night in Jan ‘24. Susie was really easy to deal with in the lead up, cottage was perfect for two couples. Beautiful spot in the backyard for a coffee and breakfast, when it got too hot the large dining table in the kitchen was great to eat inside. Had a hot Saturday so the aircon split inside the lounge room was appreciated. Loved our stay.
