Only 5 min to Manasota Beach, 1-2 min walk to Lemon Bay Preserve trails, 5 min to Walmart, Target, pharmacies, groceries, and restaurants. 6 miles from the charming Venice Island.

The space:

Room 1: Master bedroom with a king sized bed, its own bathroom, two walk in closets, a smart 4k TV with Netflix & other apps/roku channels, a workspace area, and access to the lanai.

Room 2: Bedroom with queen sized bed, night stands, and plenty of closet space with hangers.

Room 3: Bedroom with queen sized bed, night stands and plenty of closet space with hangers.

Kitchen: Spacious and stocked kitchen with coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and all the cooking and dining essentials. Fridge has filtered water and ice trays in the freezer. Connected to the kitchen is a laundry closet with Free & Clear laundry detergent for guest use.

Family room: Comfortable couch with coffee table and large Smart 4K TV with Roku and free Netflix access for your enjoyment.

Dining room: Long dining table that can fit 8 people.

Bathrooms: Each shower has a dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bathroom has bath towels, face/hand towels, and beach towels.

Lanai: The Lanai has a glass table with six chairs to lounge in the sun or shade, or to spend a relaxing evening. There is also a propane grill for your grilling needs.

Garage: The two car garage has two beach chairs, some floaties and water toys for you and your kids' enjoyment. There are also two adult bicycles you can use (let me know if you will use them and I will provide you with the bike lock code).

NO WIFI !

Location has almost zero cell phone coverage so Wifi was important but none existed. Wifi is an important element in staying in places and this needs to be addressed. I really am not interested in hearing "you should have contacted me" as that is an excuse as we tried but hard to do with no cell coverage or Wifi! You should ensure the system is working before all ned check ins.

Short drive to everything

Overall the home is in good shape, kitchen cupboards could use a good deep cleaning, definitely needs new kitchen tools/utensils, pots, pans, etc. Sofa, bar stools and futon should be updated, all look second hand. Great location to everything the area has to offer. Jason was great to work with.

Very nice property!

Very nice home. Everything was just as described. The only negative was that there were no washcloths in the home. We went and purchased some of our own. The kitchen furnishing were a bit lacking, but I didn’t come to Florida to cook so I was very very pleased overall with the property. The communication was clear and as promised. I will certainly keep this property on my list of favorites for future travels.

This neighborhood is a perfect spot for a getaway as the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, it's so close to the beach, and the Lemon Bay Preserve is just a short walk to the end of the street.

Perfect for a family getaway and not too far to make a trip to the city to enjoy the nightlife.
