Come relax in our quiet, bird sanctuary neighborhood! Lounge in your private, fully fenced pool, minutes to local beaches, golfing, biking, hiking, shopping, dining, bars, and entertainment. Stocked kitchen with bakeware, dishes, glassware, pool dishes/glasses, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper products, pool & bath towels, bed linens, and beach gear (chairs, cooler, wagon, shark tooth sorters, umbrella, & beach blanket). Both bedrooms, one bathroom, and the dining room all lead out to the pool/lanai area. No children under 10 please.

The house was nicely finished and beautifully decorated. It also had a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella and towels. It also has 2 bikes. The bed in the main bedroom was very firm. The pool was beautiful but not usable in the winter months as it is not heated. The house was very high tech which is not me. Didn't know I needed my own streaming to watch TV. The homeowner responded quickly and resolved most of my issues.

Great House

Very nice house, to cool to use the pool but nice outside area. Master bedroom bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept in.close to everything

Our South Venice neighborhood is very quiet and close to beaches, shopping, golfing, hiking... so many things. We are located in a bird sanctuary with many unique birds visiting often. Even very large birds that look like they are from prehistoric times!
