This cabin was very remote and extremely spacious. Had everything necessary for a relaxing weekend. No need to bring too much with you because the town is within minutes and has a great grocery store without the hassle of being "in town". There are other cabins, but spaced out very well!

Wonderful, clean, little cabin in the woods

Great little get away. Quiet but close to Lakeside for food and lake activities. The owner, Norm, is a great host along with being a fishing guide. The cabins a small but just want we were looking for - cozy and comfortable.

Lakeside, Montana

These cabins are wonderfully located in the mountains of Lakeside, Montana. We were lucky enough to be there after and during some snowfall. It was simply beautiful and we also saw deer off of the porch early in the morning. The cabin is perfect for a couple We will come back if we're ever up that way again.

Quiet cabin in the woods

Great location, cute cabin. Owner took almost 2 hours to respond to my request for the wi-fi code, since it wasn't given to me in my email and its not posted anywhere in cabin. Bedding and pillows had stains and various kinds of hair. Pillows need to be replaced, they're stained and broken down. Shower is standing only and standard size, so its cozy.

beautiful quiet spot in montana

very quiet, well maintained property. the hosts/owners are very attentive to the needs of the guests and do everything they can to provide a relaxing time for guests. 3 cabins approx 50ft apart with all amenities. cleanup is done by the guests during the stay including trash to the town dump. water , electric and wifi is all good. cooking utensils are provided, dishes, towels, sheets, etc also. if anything else is needed there is the Blacktail store and Sitlers Hardware store at the bottom of the hill approx 2 miles from the cabin. there is plenty of pre-cut firewood for the firepit. access to the cabins is on a gravel road under pine trees, no carport or shelter. the access road goes up a very steep hill for folks who want to walk or hike. the setup is best suited for adults. families with young kids may not want to stay with unattended kids as the cabins are on a steep hill with a good chance of falling down quite a long way. cabin 2 has a very nice view of Flathead Lake from the porch. nice breeze in the afternoon and early evening. nights are still light till midnite in the summer. we really enjoyed ourselves and plan a return trip. cabins are available year round.

Our cabins were built in the summer of 2016 and you'll have all the comforts of home while sleeping in the woods. We have a beautiful view of Flathead Lake and being located a couple miles from Lakeside, MT you have access to restaurants, groceries, taverns and more.

What makes this property unique

Lounge on the front porch or take a walk through the woods before you visit Flathead Lake to fish, swim or rent watercraft for your own adventure. In winter, you are a short drive to Blacktail Mountain Ski Area.
