**Note regarding the pool: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through September, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year.

We allow some pets. All pets must be approved in writing by the owner prior to check in. There is a $75 pet fee.

We are conveniently located in downtown Nashville. There is construction happening all over the city. There is currently a building being built next to this building. There is also an active train track nearby, so you may hear the train from time to time.

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $75 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
