Waterfront location at Vincentia on Plantation Point, immediately across the road from Jervis Bay & dog friendly beaches.

Sit back & relax on our large sunny deck and enjoy the view, or cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen.

After a long day of fun in the sun why not unwind by enjoying a glass of wine & watching a movie on one our 2x Smart TV's. WiFi is also available.

Close to Hyams Beach, Huskisson & Booderee National Park.

CLEANING - Ensure all dishes are wash and put away - BBQ is cleaned - No excessive sand - Put bins out for Thursday night.
Turn off aircon & Lights
Do a pooper scooper
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Deposit Refund will be issued within 7 days of your stay. It assumes the house left in a reasonable condition & of course nothing is damaged.

With only a nature strip between our house and Jervis Bay you don't get any closer to the beach!
