Beachside

Perfect location 3 minute walk to beach. Clean, spacious and great communication with any of our needs. Would have loved to stay longer in this very quiet location. Lots of space outdoors to sit and drink coffees too. Great heating when it’s cold and secure car parking. Fantastic pool for a dip too. Thanks again for our family stay.

The property owner was extremely helpful in providing short term accommodation at short notice. This house is great for a long or short term vacation. Very clean and well maintained for a usually all year round fully booked holiday home. Has everything you need. Thanks again for a great short stay.

When we checked in we noticed the pool was a swamp, the original day of check out we were sent a message asking why we had disconnected the pump, although we had check out 3 days previously, should get the facts before accusing people, and check your pool before you rent out your property, even if they check in early, ants were bad in the kitchen, I could go on, I think we could have found something nicer for the price

Fantastic home away from home.

Ron was fabulous and made the entire process super easy. He was accommodating, the house had everything to hand, right down to sugar for our coffee! The ocean views from the massive study made working from home a joy! Will definitely use again when extended family need a place to stay.

Comfortable, Beautiful and Spacious Retreat !!!

My family from Singapore enjoyed their stay, beautiful home with all the necessary facilities, it is spacious and well kept. The space inside and out was just what they needed, they were eight of them and the house was large enough to accommodate all of them comfortably. They had a wonderful time staying at the property as it is close to shops and the beach. They would stay again if they are back in Perth. Shirin

Excellent place to stay!

Amazing property only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The space inside and out was just what we needed. We made much use of the pool with the solar heating making it a really pleasant temperature. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stunning house in a superb location

All I can say is wow me and my family stayed at this beautiful house and from the moment we arrived to going in the house was nothing but jaw dropping. The Owner is a fantastic fella extremely helpful and only a call away should you need advise or help. Location wise was perfect for us 30 min max to hillarys harbour beach, shops are a 5 minute drive and Perth took me 45 minutes If you want a house for your stay with the wow factor, close to most areas in wa and affordable look no further as you won't find better Thanks Ron for all help and advise and we will see you next November when we come back Robinson family

Relaxing Staycation

My husband and I stay here for a 4 day weekend in April. It has such a relaxing feeling when you walk in. The house is very clean and well maintained. The outdoor seating and BBQ area is lovely and where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was warm enough to take a swim in April thanks to the solar heating. Mindarie Marina is only 10min drive away and a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We look forward to booking it again for another long weekend in Perth.

Relaxing retreat!!

We stayed at the house for three nights and the accommodation was just beautiful. It has all the amenities that you need. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the bbq. The location was perfect as it was close to all the shops and to our wedding ceremony and reception. If we will be staying in the area again, we will definitely be using the same accommodation.

Beautiful functional home

Five of us, adults and children all had a wonderful time. Close to lovely beaches and parks. Garden and pool areas are very attractive. You feel comfortable yet indulged in this lovely home.
