This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great accommodations and excellent location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, directly across the street from a beautiful beach. The accommodations were great for our family of 4. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, although we found a number of dirty dishes in the cabinets and a few sticky spots on the kitchen island. I definitely wouldn’t let that deter me from staying here again though!! Thank you for making us feel right at home in paradise!

Perfect Location and amenities

This stay was just as advertised. The property was clean and contained just what we needed for a family with two teens that shared the living with the Murphy beds. Plenty of storage for our stuff to tuck away so we didn’t feel on top of each other the entire time. All three beaches across the street were lovely, we could walk to dinner and Kehei boat ramp for our snorkeling tour and it was very central to visiting g all parts of island. We would stay again.

Would I live here....easily! Great overall updates to the condo. The neighbors were friendly....and of course a short walk to a beautiful beach! Didn't use all the amenities of the resort, since I'm more of a beach guy...but heard they were nice. Would definitely recommend!

Something for Everyone

Looking at photos of vacation rentals there’s always the slight concern they may not be recent, but the photos of this property definitely are. And it is even better than we had imagined. The condo has everything you to cook, bake, play at the beach, enjoy the sunset, pack a picnic, BBQ, watch TV/movies, or relax. It is very comfortable with sectional sofa and not the wood arm type, renovated at some point with amazing use of the space (island incl dining seating, murphy beds), and AC works great. Highly recommend staying here (our first time in Kihei) and enjoying the beach directly across the street. We played in the ocean and had two turtles swim very close to us… so cool! Would absolutely return. Thank you!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo at Kamaole Sands is outstanding. The recent renovation is top notch. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the appliances were top of the line. In fact, we were so impressed with the Ninja blender system that we bought one for our own kitchen as soon as we got home. The king size bed in the bedroom and the Murphy beds were extremely comfortable. The location of this condo is right across the street from Kamaole III beach, a great spot for spending hours in the waves with body boards (supplied by the owner) or snorkels. We were lucky enough to encounter sea turtles every day we swam at Kam III. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and barbecue area at Kamaole Sands, as well as the Wednesday afternoon maitai parties with live music and hula. There are several great restaurants within walking distance or just a quick drive up the road. My favorite is Cafe O Lei. This room is ideally situated to catch island breezes and to watch the sunset each evening. We have stayed in several condos at Kamaole Sands over the years, and this one is by far the best we have experienced.

The checkin process was easy, the people at the front desk were super warm and welcoming, the unit was lovely, and it was a great location!We didn't use the pool or gym, so I can't report on those, but the units were so close to the beach, we were able to easily go everyday to the perfect slice of beach. The units were equipped with a cooler, chairs, an umbrella, and towels, so it was super helpful for the beach days! The umbrella in our unit was slightly broken, so that likely just needs to be replaced, but it was still super reliable! The AC units worked great, the TVs worked great, the balcony was lovely, and everything felt super clean! It was a great location for nearby food and shopping as well - couldn't recommend this place more!

The master bedroom and bathroom were so clean and comfortable, and our two 15 year old sons loved the Murphy beds! The entire place looked brand new! The appliances and everything you need for the kitchen were provided, as well as towels, chairs, and accessories for the beach. We had family and friends in 4 other condos, yet we loved ours the most! Highly recommended, and if we ever make it back to Kihei, we will definitely stay here.

Kamaole Sands is a great location, directing accords the street from Kamaole Beach 3. The grounds at the resort are beautiful, so well manicured. The unit was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and various beach toys. It was so enjoyable to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. There even was a vein of the ocean! PMI Maui was always available to solve any concerns. Highly recommend thus unit, we had a great time and plan to return soon!
