About this property

Comfortable, modern three-bedroom house, easy walk to the beach and shops

Comfortable, modern three-bedroom house, sleeps up to six (1 queen-sized bed, 1 double, 2 singles) two bathrooms (toilets within each bathroom), air conditioning, electric heating, portable electric BBQ, covered rear patio.

BED and BATH LINEN
You will need to bring your own linen - sheets, pillowcases, towels and a tea towel. (Pillows, blankets and covered doonas are provided.)

***WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL*** Several guests have said a pool was advertised on our property listing and were disappointed when none was found, leaving us negative reviews. We have never had a pool and have never advertised that we do. Some 'aggregator' websites copy information from legitimate listings then add tantalising details to attract bookings. Make sure you are viewing our listing on VRBO, Stayz or HomeAway (all the one company, somewhat confusingly).

DOGS
We no longer accept pets.

THE OTHER STUFF...
Only 8 minutes level walk for you and your family to the beach. Off-leash dog beach only 5 minutes drive away.

Walk to local shops and bowling club with bistro. Enjoy walks, fishing, golf and horse riding in the area.

The property is strictly non-smoking, inside and out.

LOCATION
Mollymook is 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney and just five minutes drive from Ulladulla and Milton. There is a small local shopping centre about 8 minutes walk away, with a supermarket, take-away, great deli and bakery, butcher, chemist, bottle shop and newsagent.

There are several craft and antique shops in Ulladulla and Milton, various art galleries and a good choice and variety of restaurants from 'cheap eats' to fine dining. The area offers a very relaxing holiday with a choice of several swimming beaches, canoeing, cinema in Ulladulla and off-leash beaches for your dog.

Beaches: Narrawallee, Mollymook, Rennies, Racecourse, Dolphin Point, Wairo, Tabourie and more.

Walks: Buddawang Ranges (Pigeon House & Castle Rock), Meroo & Murramurrang coastal parks, South Narrawallee nature reserve, Pebbly Beach, One Track for All (North Headland Ulladulla Harbour).

Recreation: Hilltop 18 hole golf course, Mollymook beach 9 hole golf course, canoeing Lake Tabourie, mini-golf Burrill Lake, surfing schools, swimming, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, Ulladulla Leisure Centre with gym, indoor pool and kids activities.

There is also Ulladulla Arcadia Twin Cinema and Timezone.

Enjoyable Mollymook

The house where we stayed was very clean and comfortable . Having the bowling club across the road was an extra delight . The shower was accessible which was great as one of the family was elderly . Not having wifi was a letdown and I must admit the steep driveway was terrifying . Overall except for those 2 things we had a lovely time

Escape the routine

We stayed in this accommodation last year and because of the value for money, the cleanliness and the location we decide go again this year. There are some fixtures that need maintenance, but the basic utensils and equipment makes for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We noticed that the premises is up for sale so it is unlikely we will be able to stay again next year. Thank again to hosts, Susan and Neil.

Enjoyed our stay in this property. Clean, tidy and good space. Green outlook and some covered outside space. On a sloping block, so maybe steps and slope wouldn't suit everyone, but nice to stay in.

Not happy with this rental

I have been renting houses for the long weekend in ctober for over 15 years now, This house has its good and bad . Good - Communication with owners throughout ,Comfy beds, Short walk to shops and beach, Kitchen well stocked, Both showers excellent - temperature and pressure excellent. . But Bad- I specifically booked this house as we wanted a pool-IT WAS ADVERTISED IT HAD A POOL, Owner told me after we had booked there is no pool- not happy , Driveway too steep , Air con not working properly, Electric bbq not working properly, oven not working properly, Stain on quilt - possibly blood??, Cobwebs on outside table and chairs .After all the houses we have been to in the last 15 years which were excellent I would not recommend this house .

A cute little property that is owned and managed by PEOPLE! With the increase in property management companies on Stayz, it's lovely to still see properties that are owned and managed by individuals. Great stay by the beach

House was clean and tidy and provided all necessities such as high chair for infants, kitchen appliances and extras like sand castle toys and bogey boards. Backyard is terraced so was a bit hard for kids to kick ball, and very steep driveway and stairs at front but overall a great stay close to shops and beach.

Budget accommodation well located

Great 3 bedroom house for holiday. Well equipped and beds comfortable. Easy walk to Tallowood shops and North Mollymook beach. TV small but got used to it.
