A beautiful beach house located just a 'Stones throw' from the iconic Mollymook Beach. Panoramic ocean views from Bannister point in the north to Mollymook Golf club in the south. This is the ideal beach retreat.

Open plan living with a huge front verandah for entertaining as well as rear deck. Both areas have BBQs with outdoor settings and dinings.

To help you entertained whilst you enjoy your stay the house features include
-Table Tennis table
-Free wifi
-Surfboards

A 'stones throw' beach house bedding configuration includes
-4 X Queen Beds
-1 X Double Bunk Bed
-1 X Single mattress (If needed)
-1 X Sofa Bed (Optional)
-1 X Baby cot (On request)
All linen is provided except Beach Towels.

The house is generously spaced across 3 levels with features including large downstairs bedroom (bedroom 1) which includes a living area with TV player as well as an ensuite with combined spa bath.
Middle level includes an open plan living/kitchen/dining featuring a gas heater as well as a master bedroom with ensuite (Bedroom 2)
Upstairs includes 2 X Queen bedrooms (Bedrooms 3/5) as well as 1 X single bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4) with a shared bathroom.

WOW! What a property, so well set up for a big family or multiple families to stay together. Lots of kitchen supplies, massive balcony, great cooling, comfy beds, nice showers, clean, modern. We hire a lot of properties up and down the coast and this is one of the best we have hired. Thank you for sharing your space. Beach access literally across the road. Coffee van just down the road in the mornings.

Whole family stayed. Great locaction across road from beautiful mollymook beach. Short walk to golf club to the south and Tallwood shops to the north. The venue was top shelf and accommdated 10 adults and 2 children easily. Highly recommend this venue.

Filled our cup at Stones Throw

We're a group of old friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. The house had everything we needed; (I forgot my blender for our Margarita's - but it didn't matter, there was one there ready to go!). Much needed time to refill our cups - thankyou!
