You will instantly feel comfortable and relaxed in this stylishly decorated 3 bedroom home. It is very close to the ocean beach of Blairgowrie and only a 3-5 minute drive to the front beach and the Blairgowrie village shops.

You enter straight into the large open planned living room that has a big plasma TV with DVD and Foxtel and a stereo with Ipod dock. This room is full of natural light with the 2 skylights, but can stay cool with the large air conditioning/heating unit. There is a dining table which seats 8 and even an additional sofa set back to be used as a reading nook. The kitchen is modern and spacious, with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 which opens out into the fantastic entertaining deck which features a large outdoor table and some banana lounges. Perfect for the summer days/nights!!

The bathroom has a shower and features a heated towel rail, and the laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer.

There is a carport with a driveway that would have plenty of room to park the boat.

The owner even gives you full use of their boogie boards, 5 children's bikes, 4 adult bikes and board games. There is also WiFi for your use.

2nd bedroom - queen sized bed, robe, opens out to the deck

3rd bedroom - 1 x single bunks and 1 x double bunks (ie double bed on the bottom with a single bed on the top), BIR. This room has a TV with DVD and Wii game console with Wii games.

Well trained outdoor pets will be considered.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).
