This bright and sunny self contained apartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment is air conditioned for added comfort.

The apartment has private access from Leinster Street which is a very quiet street and is a short 3 minute stroll to Paddington markets and the famous Oxford Street boutique shopping district. Paddington in Style is the closest accommodation to Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground.

There are 2 Juliet balconies with French doors, with the balcony at the rear opening out to views of a beautiful French provincial garden. The apartment has a high cathedral ceiling. The apartment is also very quiet and very private.

The apartment is fully equipped with a hotel quality king bed, linen & towels, air conditioning, flat screen TV, Chromecast, foxtel and a washer / dryer, free fast NBN 100 internet (WiFi).

Our standard rates cover accommodation of 2 adults in a king bed or we can reconfigure to 2 single beds if you prefer. Both configurations are shown in the photographs.

Parking can be arranged by request (an extra tariff applies of $15 / night).

We are 3 minutes stroll to bus services in Oxford Street which run direct to the city, Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach.

We are also located very close to other areas and attractions including Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Randwick Racecourse, Queen Street Woolahra shopping and St Vincents Hospital.

Studio in a convenient location

The accommodation is in a great location, very quiet and easy to access with a car. Everything is clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The hosts responded to our queries immediately, were friendly but non intrusive. While the photos on the site are accurate, this is a studio above a garage not an apartment. Of the two Juliette balconies, only one had doors that would open. also the courtyard is really the hosts" back garden and was blocked off to us by a clothes line of washing.

Great location & accommodation

This is a terrific place to stay. Excellent location - easy walk to Oxford Street and Centennial Park. Feels like a little piece of Paris in Sydney! Anthony and Elise are wonderful hosts.
