No tall dunes are blocking the view from this beautiful Gulf front home. You will love 2 screened porches and uncovered decks that are all Gulf front and designed for dining or relaxing. All 4 bedrooms have Gulf views too!

This home also features an open-concept main living level, a gas grill conveniently located near the pool, beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Different family members supporting different sports teams? Not a problem! There is a flat-screen TV provided in each bedroom.

This home is absolutely perfect!! Well-stocked and so many thoughtful conveniences- the ice maker, fridge and washer and dryer downstairs, the oceanfront fire pit, the screened porches - just incredible. Our kids loved having their own floor upstairs. The fishing was incredible all week and the walk out to the beach was easy. We will definitely be back next year. Also thoughtful was the arrival night dinner delivery option and the beach equipment credit. Just perfection and a perfect week for our family.

Beach house

House was clean and comfortable. Check in to house was easy. House is on beach with easy access. Pool was nice. Plenty of dishes. Fire pit was fantastic. Surprises were no condiments, not even salt and pepper. Pots in cupboard were dirty and had to clean before using. Minimal shampoo body wash provided. It’s a drive on beach. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere. Several issues with house that should have been taken care of before arrival such as no hot water, screen on bedroom slider broken, continuous drip in bathtub.

Nice Beach Retreat

Nice property. Clean. Well stocked kitchen although slightly cramped. All bedrooms nice, loved the ice machine and extra refrigerator on bottom level. The outdoor shower was nice, too. New grill and nice pool. Very nice proximity to the beach as well. Area not very developed but that is what we were looking for. Would rent again.

Relaxing family get away

The house was perfect for our family; kitchen was stocked with more (and nicer) dishes and cookware than any rental that I have ever stayed in. Rental company was great. I would definitely return!!

Annual October Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cape and Coast always comes through. When our normal rental was not available, they found this well maintained jewel for us. The views were magnificent and the property was well appointed. Our only complaints were the difficulty with a couple of sliding glass doors and the condition of the deck furniture upstairs.....other than that a PERFECT stay!!

My husband and I were on the first floor and son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter upstairs. The beach views were fabulous from every room. Red Tide was pretty bad but they scraped the beach several times and fortunately we had the enclosed pool area and were able to make the best of it. This was our 16th year going to the area and Beach Retreat is now our favorite!

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our stay here. The location was perfection. The beach was steps from the house and the private pool was such a nice addition. The house was roomy but there was a lot of mold— in ice machine, in washing machine, in sliding glass door tracks, on the front window. I would still recommend the property but think it needs some attention.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good. House was nice. Needs some maintenance such as replacing screen door handle, fixing sliding glass door, replacing nonfunctional tv, cleaning mold out of ice maker. The Directv system needs updating since only 3 rooms can watch tv simultaneously. Price is going up 69% for 2022 so we booked somewhere else with a different company.

The main floor porch had high top table and a second smaller one and another eating table and chairs . Would have been nice if there had been a few chairs to lounge in on that main porch. The upper level had that type furniture but as a group we did not use that furniture very much. It was off from the bedrooms. We did love that every room opened onto a screened porch. I would rate 5 star to overall satisfied, property’s general condition, good location, clean, and property management

Great place and great location

We loved our stay! We love this area but never stayed in true Indian Pass. Having the heated pool was amazing for the kids since 2 days were too windy and chilly for the beach. The bedrooms were spacious for our 4 adults and 3 boys (ages 6-8). The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge downstairs were such a bonus. The men loved having the ice maker downstairs for their fishing coolers. The beach was amazing, so close, very peaceful. We fished and played in the surf. Then on our last night did a fire on the beach. We ate all of our meals at the two tables on the patio with an ocean view which was great! One of the people in our group was trying to figure out how to buy the house, haha.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay in this area for the month of February and the 2nd year in this rental. Beach Retreat is spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, we had absolutely everything we needed. Because of the pandemic we cooked in almost exclusively. Unfortunately we found many restaurants we scouted to dine at with a maskless staff. This was also our 2nd year with Cape and Coast. In all honesty, the follow up was not as good this year as last year. We wanted to rent for 6 weeks next year. I called a couple times trying to get the rate and no one could help, not even a guesstimate. We were not comfortable renting without knowing the cost, understandable. We did some research and locked in another rental for 6 weeks, they were able to provide us with the information we needed. I think Cape and Coast dropped the ball, we would have definitely rented with them had they been able to accommodate us. After we left we did get an email saying they could help us find a property if they couldn’t accommodate us... a little late.As far as Beach Retreat, we would rent it again, the views are unmatched and the owners have it nicely furnished.One other small improvement.... it would be thoughtful and not very expensive to leave more toilet paper and more than 1 dishwasher pod for longer staying guests. The dishwasher was set on quick wash and several times I did need to rewash the dishes. I get saving energy, but in this case, maybe a choice for those heavier loads, which we waited until we had full loads. We ended up leaving extra toilet paper and paper towels which hopefully the next renters could use.A lot of these things are minor, I realize that, but it’s the little things that count.Hope this helps, again, Beach Retreat is a great property that we would definitely consider in the future!

In regards to rates for the following year, our reservations team provided the cost for the 4-week monthly rental as your first right of refusal for 2022. Unfortunately, we do not provide a 6-week monthly special option, so the additional dates you were looking for would be at a weekly rate. It is standard for all weekly rates to become available approximately one year and one month out, so March 2022 rates will not become available until the end of March 2021. We are always glad to place a temporary hold on a specific week until rates become available, but we do not provide guestimates for cost. As noted in your arrival instructions, we do provide a starter pack of toiletries, paper towel, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you through the first night or two, however, it is up to guests to bring or purchase necessary items for the remainder of the stay. We would love to host your stay in the future and please don't hesitate to reach out to us for any assistance with booking!

Kick Back on the Gulf!

Beach Retreat Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and amenities of the house were good. BUT the house needs some things fixed. The ice maker downstairs has mold growing in it. The shower curtains in all bathrooms have mildew growing. We had to wash all flatware used, plates, cups, glasses and cookware. I don’t think they were put up clean. The oven would not shut off with cancel button. The refrigerator in kitchen would spit out ice on its own or water. The dresser drawers in downstairs bedroom fell out when we opened. The door going out to stairs from back screen porch as very hard to open. The satellite dish did not work properly. We would rent the house in the future if the problems are addressed.
