Quiet house with large garden, private (closed with parking), located 900m from a sandy beach for relaxing, fishing, sailing and long walks on the coastal paths.
Various leisure available: marina and boating, angling and boat center Océanopolis in Brest, thalassotherapy in Roscoff, discover the Virgin Island and Ile de Batz, tasting pancakes and seafood.

Description of the house: kitchen equipped new / dining room with fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 people, bedding renewed in 2013) and bathroom with toilet.
Oven and hob, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. New refrigerator.
Baby equipment (bed, bath, etc.)
Garden furniture and barbecue.

A 3 km from a town with all shops: bakeries, newsagents and bookshop, pharmacy and medical center, creperie, supermarkets, weekly market, etc.
Near the village of Meneham restored fisherman, port of Coréjou (sailing, kayaking, etc.), Plouescat, Aber Wrac'h and the Virgin Island, Bay of Goulven.
40 kms approx. Roscoff (ferry to Great Britain and Ireland) and the Isle of Wight, 25 km approx. Brest (TVG station, cinemas, etc.) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

Fantastic house at Kerlastren

The house was very well equipped with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Everything you could possibly need, except a garlic press! Big beautiful rooms. The house is very charming. The only downside is there is no living room. A proper sofa would have been nice. But we were very comfortable! Very easy and helpful assistance from the caretaker, Mme Breton. We are very happy having found this lovely house! Distance to Plouguerneau is 5 min by car. If you want easy acces by foot, this is not it. The kids could not walk in to town on their own. But my teens were more interested in staying in bed anyway .. No isolation so you hear everything. But cute, quaint and charming. Very quiet for the most part, but occasionally some traffic and lots of cyclists! The closest beach (Plage du Zorn) is15 min away on foot. Nice walk, but the waters were apparently wild and a bit dangerous. We went to the dunes of Keremma instead. A 20-60 min drive in either direction led you somewhere new. We saw Roscoff, Lesneven, Lanildut, Le Conquet, Locronan, Crozon, Morgat, Brest, Quimper, Loctudy, Morlaix... I adore Brittany.

Kleines, schönes Haus mit großem Garten !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, eine schöne große Wohnküche nur das Wohnzimmer gibt es eigentlich nicht. Zwei schöne Strände nicht weit entfernt, mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Der Weg nach Plouguerneau ist auch mit dem Fahrrad zu schaffen, so 20 Minuten. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen, die ruhige Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Odeur très importante de moisi ds la maison. Même ds les placard des moisissures ds les saladiers...pas agréable du tout. Mini TV. Pas de wifi par contre bonne literie.

Divine, bucholic getaway!

This charming cottage ,900m from the sea was equipped with a delightful kitchen well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The two bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Surrounded by farmland, close to the town of Plouguerneau, this cottage was perfect for a blissful and serene holiday!

Traumhafte Bretagne,

Das Haus in Plougerneau, dass wir 14 Tage im Sommer 2021 gemietet hatten, punktet mit einem großen Garten und traumhaften Stränden, die nicht weit entfernt sind. Die im Inserat beschriebenen Fahrräder waren jedoch nicht vorhanden, der Kamin konnte nicht benutzt werden- er war mit Brettern verschlossen, eine in der Anzeige bebilderte Sitzecke befand sich im zugigen kalten feuchten Flur und war definitiv nicht zum Verweilen geeignet. Das gesamte Haus war feucht und roch muffig. Es gab so gut wie keinen Platz in den Schränken, da diese mit Kissen und vermutlich privaten Gegenständen der Eigentümer belegt waren. Diverse Küchenutensilien erwiesen sich als defekt, abgestoßen, verrostet oder schmutzig. Ein kaputter Liegestuhl wurde erst 2 Tage vor unserer Abfahrt ausgetauscht, eine ebenso defekte Herdplatte, nachdem wir bereits 6 Tage im Haus waren. Spinnen und Spinnenweben befanden sich im gesamten Haus, sogar in den Betten! Die Liste der Mängel ließe sich um ein Vielfaches erweitern: defekte Türgriffe, abgerissene Haken ect. Wir haben die zu beanstandeten Sachen im Haus dokumentiert und können unsere Aussagen fotografisch belegen. Sehr ärgerlich war außerdem, dass die vor Ort zuständige Madame A. an unserem Abfahrtstag nicht wie fest vereinbart erschien und auch nicht erreichbar war. Die Benennungen der Mängel wurden von uns mehrfach an Madame A. vor Ort, sowie an die Eigentümerin Madame D. per Mail weitergeleitet . Man verneinte die Mängel. Es sei ein altes Haus und alle Mieter seien bisher zufrieden gewesen. Es gab keinerlei Ansätze für eine in diesen Fall gerechtfertigte nachträgliche Minderung des Mietpreises. Wir sind der Meinung, dass beschriebene und bebilderte Inhalte in einem Inserat der Realität entsprechen müssen und erwarten, dass ein gemietetes Objekt in einem gepflegten sauberen Zustand ist. Dieses war leider zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts nicht der Fall. Im Übrigen möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir ca.10 mal in der Bretagne alte Häuser gemietet haben und immer hochzufrieden waren. Wir werden wieder Urlaub in der traumhaften Bretagne machen, aber keinesfalls in diesem Haus. Wir können dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen .

Tranquillité de la campagne en bord de mer :)

Cette belle maison au milieu de la campagne nous a ravi, Son grand jardin (sécurisé pour les petits) avec vue sur mer est très agréable. Situation idéale pour de belles balades notamment sur le GR34, Bref on recommande ce petit cocon bien équipé.

Ruhe in der Nähe eines großartigen Strandes!

Das ruhig gelegene, wunderhübsche Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet vier bis 5 Personen ausreichend Platz für entspannte Tage. Die Nähe zu zwei sehr attraktiven Stränden (3 bzw. 5 min mit dem Auto) ist großartig!

Altes Haus mit Charme in toller Lage.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Plouguerneau und Umgebung. Das Haus liegt abseits, alleinstehend mit Blick auf das Meer vom schönen Garten aus. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein typisch bretonisches Steinhaus, teilweise sehr nostalgisch. Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt einen großen und einen kleinen Strand, der kleine ist etwas ruhiger und ideal mit Kindern. In der Umgebung gibt es einige sehenswerte Städte und viele Wander- und Fahrradstrecken.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Toplage

Unser Urlaub in diesem hübschen Häuschen mit großem Grundstück war auch dank des ungewöhnlich warmen und sonnigen Wetters sehr erholsam. Plouguerneau ist ein toller Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Erkundungen der zauberhaften Küstenlandschaft. Dank des geringen Tourismus ist dieses Fleckchen im Finistere unser Geheimtipp für ruhige und entspannte Ferien.

Petite Maison pleine de charme

Très propre et fonctionnelle - la maison est dans un environnement calme, agréable, bien exposée, avec un grand jardin. Région très belle et très riche en activités, de belles plages., notamment pour les enfants. Nous recommandons la Bergerie des Abers à Plouvien.

Behagliches Haus sehr nette Betreuung

Schönes altes Haus auf einladendem Grundstück mit alten Bäumen, die im allgegenwärtigen Wind rascheln. Gemütliche Wohnküche, in der wir als Familie viel Zeit verbracht haben mit Kochen (Papa) Lesen (Mama) und Spielen(alle...)! Strand fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön, Plouguerneaus Wochenmarkt ist empfehlenswert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge!

EXCELLENT

Maison au calme, où seul le vent de l'océan peut parfois briser le silence!! Océan qui est juste à côté d'ailleurs (moins de 1 km) et que l'on peut voir du jardin. La maison est confortable, propre et bien équipée. C'est un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Il y a un côté ''sauvage'', mais il faut aimer la Bretagne pour comprendre cela. à recommander.....

Lovely little holiday home

It's a lovely little house. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms are also spacious and cosy. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You can walk to the beach! The beach is wonderful and never to crowded. The environment is gorgeous! The coastline is breathtaking! We enjoyed ourselves very much!
