New appliances, bedding, and furniture create a stunning accommodation for you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy yourself. Only a moments walk to Asheville's local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries you are in the center of the city while also able to enjoy the mountains that surround you.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Great time in Asheville
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Clean and great location to downtown!
This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very clean and within walking distance to downtown Asheville. It was very nice to have a safe and free parking space for our entire stay as well. We did not have any issues and would love to come back!

Easy access
Condo is very clean, easy in and out, and a great location to walk to restaurants or drive into the mountains. Two adults stayed, condo had everything we need.

Great location
The condo was clean and the location perfect for walking downtown to restaurants and shops. The only small complaint would be there pillows should be upgraded and better quality of toilet paper and tissues. Overall a good stay.

Strong smell of dogs in condo
As soon as we stepped in the condo door, we were hit in the face with a strong odor of a dog. You can tell a dog has laid on the living room carpet alot. There were dog hairs all over the carpet. The management company immediately sent over cleaners, and they tried to fix the issue. They vacuumed and sprayed fabreez. The smell came back in a few hours. Outside the bedroom window there is a trashy makeshift plywood thing that has been constructed. It looks just bad and ruined the view. It also looks to be dry rotting and a safety hazard. This was not in any pictures of the place and never mentioned in the advertisement, so please know the view is disrupted by this hideous plywood thing. Its isn’t pretty like the pictures they show online. The location is nice, if all of Asheville weren’t completely weird and rude to visitors. The condo was ok, not worth the 270+ a night IMHO.
