Modern luxury awaits you in this stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Two Master Bedrooms with their own private balcony provide incredible south-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Great Condo

Great condo in a great location. Location was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and breweries. Condo was very clean and just as represented. Only downside was the street noise at night.

Quick girlsweekend/co-worker weekend

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Trip with fry

Condo was comfortable and clean. Good location within walking distance to restaurants. Parking was secure and convenient. The condo is perfect for two couples with two master bedrooms with bathrooms. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Christmas fun

This is a great condo so close to downtown. It would be nice to have electric fireplace for the winter season. We could not figure out the ice maker. Would stay again!
