The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is extremely convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops and bars. We were worried about street noise being near the sidewalk; however, that was not a problem.
Great location, one block from everything you could ever want! Easy to get in and out, nice to have a parking spot, building access with the app was great. Will will definitely try to use this property again if we make about visit to Asheville. Would be the perfect spot if you’re seeing music at Orange Peel!
Highly recommended. Consider more towels and washcloths. Otherwise, perfect for purpose as a long weekend getaway headquarters In a great location and a great city. Great comms and support of property manager. Thank you.

Loved our stay, the property exceeded my expectations and was very clean and well appointed. We had no issues and would love to stay in this very unit in the future. Our morning walk to the Basilica for Easter was just right. It was the perfect walk to food, shopping and nightlife. Coffee shop right next door!! Perfect small city experience!
We loved the decor, comfortable furniture and it had whatever we needed for our short stay.
The only problem was the condo was on the first floor, on the street side and very noisy with cars, trucks, and emergency vehicles. This being said the location was great and my earplugs helped.
We could hear people right outside our windows until 2 and 3 in the morning. The living room needs a dark curtain. The trash trucks also woke us up at 6:30. It was a beautiful place! Take your own shampoo, soap, etc. because there is not enough.
Nice apartment complex. Walkable to plenty of bars/restaurants. Condo well stocked with the essentials. We liked everything about it except the bed. The mattress is worn out and sinks down so it’s hard to sleep on your side. I mentioned it to the management company so hopefully it will get replaced. Favorite restaurants were Strada Italiano and Chestnuts. Favorite brewery - chimney rock brewery by lake lure. Their balcony is right on the river. Did the LaZoom city tour. The 2 ladies we had were hilarious. We laughed the entire 90 minutes.

The condo was very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more .
Unit was great. Modern, clean perfect location. Unit itself is located right when you walk in from parking lot so very convenient. My only really complaint is that the supplied hair dryer was really cheap. Barely had any power and stopped working all together after a few minutes. Needless to say I was left with a head full of wet fair.
Everything as mentioned in the description. Be aware that it’s in downtown so you have downtown noises like fire trucks going by at 6:30a dumpster emptying across the street on Tuesday I believe. 5 of them. Besides that, all good.
This beautiful condo is right in downtown Asheville near the Foundry Hotel and close to everything. There is convenient parking and it’s within walking distance of most downtown attractions, shops, restaurants, the Art Museum, etc. We will definitely stay here again!
We kicked off our week long vacation with a few days in Asheville. The location of the apartment was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and were a stones throw to the July 4 festivities. The outdoor adventure park was close as well as hiking trails that were perfect for the kids. Everything was clean and updated. We didn’t spend a lot of time indoors because of all of the activities we did, but the time we did spend inside, was comfortable and perfect for us. We will definitely be back.
This location was perfect for walking to anything we could have wanted. Also a short Uber ride to surrounding attractions. Clean, and nice. Close to wicked weed, and a great coffee/breakfast place. Location felt safe.
Great unit but there’s an unfortunate noise problem
This unit is in a new and secure building that’s very convenient to downtown. Walking in, I really wanted to love it and give it a 5 star rating. Unfortunately either the upstairs neighbor stomps around in combat boots or the building has no provision for noise reduction. Our first night, the loud stomping (which could have been normal walking if the building has no sound reduction built in) lasted until well after midnight causing a sleepless night for us. The second night wasn’t much better but thankfully ended by 11:45 pm. This is a very clean, modern and comfortable unit, but we would never stay here again based on the noise issues.
My wife, 2 kids and I stayed here for 6 days and the property was amazing. Easy parking, able to walk to all of downtown Asheville and an easy drive to the highway. The condo itself was nice and clean and having a full size washer and dryer means we were able to pack less and wash things mid week. I would gladly stay here again if I ever come back to Asheville.
