Rustic bohemian bungalow located in the artistic enclave of Historic Kenwood. Natural light floods every corner of the house. Rest easy in this simple and peaceful home. Park your car for the week and walk/bike to all the shops, restaurants, waterfront, parks, galleries & breweries in the Grand Central District and Downtown St. Petersburg. The bungalow is almost 100 years old, enclosed by a privacy fence and has a private entrance and driveway facing the alley. New ly remodeled kitchen and bathroom.
