Teneriffe holiday rentals

Stayed for a little over a week and we loved it here! The house is very cozy, it felt like home, with all the facilities you could need. Emma is a very attentive person and will make sure you're perfectly comfortable. The Teneriffe area is beautiful and quiet as well, we liked it. Overall a great place to rent!

Great location except for the hill from Teneriffe. Accommodation was neat,clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful, clean place to stay while needing to be a close drive to St Vincent’s hospital. We loved the character of the building and the modern restoration, within walking distance to great places to eat. Although snug, we loved that it was bigger than a motel room and made a great little home away from home for our longer stay. We would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Lovely views, very beautiful comfortable and clean, and good communication from host. Neighbours were quiet and I slept well. And the Continental Cafe is an easy short walk away. Just two things were an inconvenience for me. There is no car park for this apartment, not even for one car, so I had to park on the street down the road which is worrying security-wise but it also meant I had to walk a few blocks back and forth carrying luggage etc. Also the check-in process involved first collecting the keys/fob from a convenience store in Brunswick St, which is a vey busy main street. This was stressful for me because although I found the store fairly easily, it was very difficult to find a carpark nearby. There is a small carpark next door to the store, but it was full and I had to to drive around looking for somewhere to park, probably because it was a Friday afternoon. What a relief to finally find a park and get the key! Apart from these two problems, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Thanks Andy for an awesome stay at your holiday apartment. Everything was perfect. The building is unique and different from a standard hotel room. Location next to ferry was great. Just got back from a lovely stay at this little Queenslander where we enjoyed a week in the big smoke with our children and fur baby! Loved the access to the park and the deck out the back which we sat on a couple of the evenings for dinner and a nice glass of wine! We took our bikes and found the area under the house great for storage! We rode around the city utilising the many bike paths which was fun for us all! Great locals cafes, bakeries and restaurants! The bakery at the end of the street has the best croissants! The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay! Our dog was also nice and secure in the good sized back garden and enjoyed the space!

Great location , very clean tidy and well appointed apartment . Would suit well for longer stays
