Comfortable and Feels Like Home

This charming, peaceful home is situated on 10 scenic acres located 4 miles from the heart of Cooperstown. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to SIX (6) guests only.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor and includes a king size bed, a flat screen smart TV, and beautiful views. An additional bedroom on the top floor includes a full size bed, and a third bedroom is located on the ground level with a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms - one on the main level that has a tub/shower, and one on the second floor with a stall shower.

Living room on the main level includes smart TV with cable, and DVD. The open area kitchen and dining room has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. A cozy loft area, complete with reading nook and antique accents, overlooks the kitchen. There are hardwood floors throughout the home.

A screened-in back porch just off the dining room includes a table and chairs for outdoor eating, as well as a comfy couch for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature and nearby creek. The front of the home has a spacious front porch with two rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with views of majestic mountains and a picturesque "Evergreen Valley".

Our front yard is gated to allow for ONE dog only. (Pet fee is $ 275.00).

Conveniently located about 10 minutes from Dreams Park, easily accessible to Cooperstown Main Street, Farmers Museum, the Baseball Hall of Fame, Clark Sports Center, nearby Fly Creek Cider Mill, Ommegang Brewery and many other places of interest.

Additional amenities include washer/dryer, A/C, wireless high speed internet, linens and towels provided.

This was a wonderful house. It was very nicely prepared for our arrival, including a nice welcome gift from the owner and plenty of info and guides about the area. Very clean and everything was in excellent condition. The house is very accessible to downtown Cooperstown (less than 10 minutes). The owner was responsive with answers to questions leading up to our arrival and during our stay. He also offered to extend our check out time by several hours, though ultimately we didn't need that. I'd highly recommend this property.

Unique, Beautiful Farmhouse

Great place to relax. House is beautifully decorated with everything you would want. The owner had it fully stocked with anything and everything you would need for your stay plus more. Lovely home, bucolic location

This was a repeat stay while we attended the Glimmerglass opera festival. The house was immaculate, and we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large assortment of cheeses. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a screened porch to enjoy. We plan to return next year.

Perfect Dreams Park spot

This house is perfect if you’re doing a week at Dreams Park! 13 minutes to the park, 8 minutes to downtown, and easy to access everything. The owners are so kind and thoughtful, and even waited up for us to arrive at night in a thunderstorm to make sure we got into the house safely. The house has a great covered sunroom to sit and enjoy all the lush greenery and watch deer and bunnies that came to the house. Lovely property, highly recommend.

Our family was in Cooperstown for our son’s baseball tournament. This house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The location was about 10 minutes from the tournament site & downtown Cooperstown. The owner was beyond accommodating and we hope to be back soon.

Porch Time

The property was fantastic! The screened-in porch was the highlight for us — perfect for morning coffee and late-night drinks and conversations. The bedrooms were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made things easy for our group. Access to the washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. We also made good use of the gas grill, and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we could need — a big benefit when cooking meals together. Check in process was great and Greg was very proactive with any issues we had. The one being wifi, which was quickly resolved by resetting per his prompt text reply. Overall, I’d come back over and over again. Highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation House - 8 min drive from Dreams Park!!

This house was perfect! We split it between us & another family for our sons Cooperstown Tourney Week. The house was the perfect amount of cozy for all of us to have our space. The screened in back patio got lots of use after those long hot baseball days! 8 min drive from Dreams Park so we were able to go back and forth between the long game gaps!

An avid baseball fan I first visited friends in 1989. I immediately fell In love with the gorgeous countryside, quaint small village and tranquility of the area. I purchased this beautiful farmhouse in 2004 and continuously give it tender loving care.
