Our place will help you feel at home while you're exploring this beautful Leatherstocking Region of New York State. You are minutes from Glimmerglass State Park which offers hiking, swimming, kayak rentals and more (a State pass is provided.) The Glimmerglass Opera provides evening amd matinee entertainment; Ommegang Brewery has summer concerts. Fall provides unparalleled beauty with the changing leaves .
Relax with morning coffee on the deck while nature surrounds you, then venture out into the bucolic area with rolling hills, farmers markets, cafes and wineries. Enjoy the evening back at home, grill out your market finds, dine on the deck and listen to the birds.

Beautiful home. Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The entire house had a homey feel. Host even had throw blankets. Location was easy to get to and close to cooperstown downtown area. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at.

Wonderful log cabin just about 7 miles from Cooperstown. We arrived after receiving clear directions and contactless checkin procedures. All went extremely well. Property is perfect inside and out and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cabin is lovely on the outside and well appointed and very clean. We stayed for six days while our grandson was playing baseball at Dream Park. Highly recommended.

The upstate New York region holds a special place in my heart. I grew upon a dairy farm in the area, moved away to a bigger city but have always appreciated the beautiful rolling hills, the Susquehanna River as it meanders though the region (for fishing and kyaking and canoeing), the history dating back to James Fenimore Cooper and his father William, the shimmering beauty of Otsego Lake to name just a few highlights..

Why they chose this property

There are a myriad of things to do here from the Glimmerglass Opera House, Fenimore Art Museum, Ommegang Brewery, Baseball Hall of Fame and Glimmerglass State Park to start... Fall brings a calmness of leaves changing and relaxed atmosphere, and is another wonderful time to enjoy this area.

This is a new house just minutes outside of Cooperstown with a location that allows for easy access to all that the area offers, along with the precious commodity of down time and quiet time if desired.
