Colourful de Waterkant district, a stone's throw away from countless bars,
restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment includes a fantastic entertainment
area, wifi, DSTV and private parking.
The Space:
The town house has 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one with two single
beds) and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 6 adults comfortably. The
living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge leading
out onto the spacious terrace where one can spend the evening having a glass
of wine and barbecue. The parking bay is designated and private. The entire
De Waterkant area is completely safe, as the streets are patrolled on foot
by neighbourhood watch. Water restrictions: Due to severe water restrictions
(level 4) and the current drought in Cape Town, use of the pool may be
restricted.
Guests will have access to the entire town house, as well as the
communal garden and swimming pool.
It's all about location, location, location. With this newly renovated
apartment you are in the heart of De Waterkant. The streets are
permanently policed by security marshals so it's safe to walk day or
night. You really can't get much better than this, especially if you
weren't planning on hiring a car. 2-4 min by foot: Your best friend
Woolies (supermarket), Spar, ATMs, loads of restaurants, clubs & bars.
10 min by foot: Waterfront, stadium and the promenade.
The MyCiti bus stops on the promenade and will connect you to the
Waterfront, CBD and beaches beyond. The Waterfront is so close,
however, that you can just walk. The famous red "hop-on hop-off bus"
also stops at the Waterfront and is a great way to explore our
beautiful city on your first day. Taxis and Uber also readily service
this area, so there's very little need to hire a car if you're staying
in this location.
