Your stay in this apartment will wrap you in the peace and gentle breeze of the Caribbean Sea. It has wonderful views from the living room and the master bedroom to the private beach of Aquamarina in Cap Cana. The property has two bedrooms en suite with two double beds each, full bathroom, air conditioning, fan, TV and Wifi.

This beautiful apartment is located in the most demanded and exclusive condominium of Cap Cana, Aquamarina - between the Marina and the quiet white sand beach and turquoise waters.

Cheerful, bright, spacious and very comfortable.

It has a large terrace accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Capacity up to 8 people.

The condominium has a beautiful large tropical garden, two wonderful pools in front of the beach overlooking the sea, a paddle tennis court on the beach, a beach club also with a swimming pool, gym and beauty salon. The Marina surrounds the back of the condominium, allowing unrivaled walks between the beach and the Marina at sunrise and sunset.

A little piece of paradise!

My family, friends and I loved staying at this beautiful condo. The views from the balcony are what sold us on it and it did not disappoint! I would point out that one can watch the sunrise over the ocean on this spot which is magnificent. The place was clean, check-in was easy and the property manager was always available and communicative. We experience space in a very quiet neighborhood, almost forgot COVID existed spending so much time on this semi-private beach (it felt it was mostly for us!). There is a bar and also a restaurant on the beach ( a bit overpriced but with great food). If we wanted more options we needed a car to drive to get to other places within the Marina and Cap Cana. I was there for a month, and rented a car in order to go grocery shopping in Punta Cana and explore outside of the Cap Cana area. Being there for such a long period of time made me very aware of not being able to recycle in this building. There is no current recycling program at this place which is not good. This should be a given now days everywhere.
