Lovely 1 bedroom apartment on the last floor in small private residence with pool and in calm. The apartment is situated in the very center of small picturesque fisherman village Golfe Juan just 5 minutes by train from Cannes ant its famous Croisette and its beaches, 10 minutes from Antibes, 25 minutes from Nice and 50 minutes from Monaco.
Everything that you might need is in walking distance from the place - shops and supermarkets (2 minutes) the harbor of Golf Juan with its restaurants, bars, beach bars, private and public beaches is only 5-7 minutes away.
Apartment has been recently renovated with taste and has all you moth need in it! Air conditioning, equipment
In 5 minutes you can reach the train station where you can catch the direct train to explore the French Rivera - from Masreille to San Remo in Italy!! !

Peu mieux faire
Attention pas de climatisation, il faut 25 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage, donc voiture et péage stationnement tous les jours.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je pense que vous êtes le seul à trouver le chemin qui met 25 minutes pour arriver à la plage. Félicitations ! IlNormalement en 25 minutes, nous arrivons à être à l'aéroport de Nice en voiture !
En ce qui concerne le reste, le péage le plus proche se trouve à 13 km et la clim est bien présente. Je trouve tres choquant et décevant que une personne est très amicale au moment de dire au revoir, vous fait des compliments sur le lieu, décoration, situation et vous voys permettez deriere de être aussi incorrect. Vous avez réussi à me casser le volets, la barre de douche italienne en 2 jours de votre séjour. Les coûts ont été importants mais par politesse, je n'ai pas commenté. Heureusement vous n'êtes qu'une exception qui confirme le règle et grâce a tout mes autres clients, qui sont touhours très reconnaissants, j'ai prends un énorme plaisir à faire ce que je fais !
Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation et bonne courage à tout vos prochains hôtes :)

You can enjoy tranquility and calm just 5 minutes from Cannes. Apartment is ideally situated just 5 minutes walking from the train station when you can catch the train to visit the places along French Riviera. The restaurant and beaches are just 5 minutes walking. You can also rent a boat for a day directly in the port of Golfe Juan and take the boat to visit beautiful Lerins Islands (Cannes islands) or St Tropez with its fancy life style and special atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
A pool in the residence allows a refreshment after a long day spent visiting and spacious terrace with amazing view to enjoy your evening "apero moments" as we say here in France. Perfect location.
