Awesome location

Overall impression of the property is excellent, the views are breathtaking, the sea turtle watching right on the edge of the property is unbelievable. Only 1 downfall for when we stayed here was the pool being under construction, but other than that 1 minor inconvenience very beautiful piece of property!

You are right on the water, with a lanai to hang out on. We ate our meals out there enjoying the ocean views. Turtles swam up right to the shore every afternoon, which we enjoyed. Lonnie was very responsive and helpful during our visit. LOVED the sound of the waves - much closer than if you were in a large resort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and beautifully decorated -loved the local artwork. The king size bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie board and a cooler was a bonus! The best part was the beautiful view! We saw whales and turtles everyday. We were able to snorkel right there since there is a small beach access and we saw lots of fish! Within a short walk there is a market and coffee shop. The location was excellent! Close to excellent beaches and Lahaina town. Foodland had excellent poke. Gotta go to Joeys kitchen in Napili! Broke da mouth!! Management for this unit was easy to communicate with. The only downside might be that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom(there is one in the living space). There is a ceiling fan and a portable fan, so we did stay cool enough at night. We would definitely come back and to this unit!

10 Year Anniversary Getaway

Reviewer Comments: Kaleialoha Condominiums #207 Grounds:Older Property with wear and tear in elevator and outside exterior. Grounds kept clean daily. We felt safe had no problems with neighborhood.Condo will make you forget all about the exterior. All appliances and etc.are up to date. Everything you need and need to cook is in the this condo. We grilled Salmon and made coffee every morning while watching the beautiful view. We never used any beach equipment but she has it if needed. Chairs, beach towels,cooler. We sat on patio daily. She has air condition in living room and she also has fans which was enough for us and my husband is HOT natured. We were comfortable in all rooms. Everything a hotel has this condo has but more. There is a ceiling fan in each room. Lonnie was attentive and answered all of our needs. I recommend #207. Compared to the resorts and hotels and their extreme prices. Kaleialoha is definitely the best choice for your money in expensive Hawaii. When you show your friends the pics they're gonna think you were at the Sheraton. It was only about a 30 mi. Drive to Kahului and almost 3 hour drive to Road to Hana from Condo. We did majority of our activites in Lahaina so this location was perfect. Lonnie explains everything you need to know about your stay, the do's and donts. Condo was great we recommend and would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo did not meet my or my husband’s standards. The bedroom was so dark I had difficulty finding anything. We certainly could have used a little more space as I could not get into the bed from my side and there was certainly no bedside table anywhere. The blinds on the lanai door would not close on one side. Maintenance is a problem with this unit. Please check the plumbing as the shower has extremely low pressure. As for cleanliness, the whole place smelled musty and the rug in the bathroom should be washed—or better yet, thrown away. I’m sorry to have to leave this review but the pictures on the website were very misleading. Yes, it is oceanfront. However, there is absolutely no beach.

Oceanfront Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You won't find a better spot! Turtles and fish to snorkel with as you wake up to the crashing water on the rocks. Beach umbrella and chairs at your disposal if needed. Very CLEAN UNIT. Lots of excellent kitchen amenities (stop at Costco before you come!). Washer and dryer. Excellent shower and restroom. King bed was super comfy, not much extra room next to bed. Bedroom closet was huge, dresser as well. The Lanai was perfect for morning coffee, and sunset dinners. Common space is well equipped with 3 BBQ's (facing the ocean), 4-5 big round tables and chairs as well as numerous chaise lounges on the bluff on the waterfront. Space accommodates four people, but I would say three is a comfortable max. Management was very accessible via email, as well as a live-in manager, both very professional. Farmer's Market, Bad *** Java, park, ABC store, Fish Store, snorkel store all within walking distance. Bus or drive to numerous beaches and snorkeling. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this incredible Condo Property. We will be back, and we won't be staying anywhere else.

It has everything you need, bed was comfortable, very quiet, grounds were clean, pool was nice and heated. What is nice about this condo complex is that it is a small complex and you are not around a big crowd or rushing to get get a lounge chair in the morning like the larger hotels in Maui. You will see a lot of huge sea turtles and it’s a great place to go snorkeling! We spent 9 nights at this condo and everything was absolutely perfect and we didn’t want to leave! We had no issues with anything! We would definitely stay here again when we return someday!

Stunning views right as you walk into this home. The whales did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaleialoha #207. The condo is spotless, tastefully decorated with topline appliances and amenities. The bed and linens are super comfortable with a soft foam topper on a very supportive base, no rolling into each other, just heavenly sleeping on a cloud feeling. The lanai with high seating to see above the railing was imperative as we came to see whales. We had an unobstructed view of rainbows, sunsets and whales breaching daily. The location on the waters edge is priceless and the nearby farmers market/ natural grocery store a major plus. we have been coming to this area for the past 20 years and this condo was one of the best we've ever stayed in. Will definitely be back if there is an availability after writing this review!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third or fourth time booking with Lonnie and our experience was excellent as always. We stayed at this property once before and really love the oceanfront condos. It was amazing hearing the sound of the waves all night and sitting out on the shaded lanai watching the sea turtles and rainbows. The furnishings of this condo are beautiful and extremely comfortable. When we weren’t on the lanai, we were lounging on the couch. And the bed was great. Although the kitchen is lovely and modern, if you plan to do any cooking, plan to bring spices and seasonings with you. The only thing we had was salt so we had to buy everything. Luckily we had a nice long stay so we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful time and will be sure to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was o.k. but a bit wonky. The bed was too hot and waaay to soft with the deep foam topper on it. It was too big to remove - my adult and I took turns on the sofa in the living room. It was more comfortable to be on. I would recommend only if the mattress was replaced with a high quality - no foam mattress topper - situation.

Breathtaking
