Beautifully remodeled 1850's post and beam. Hardwood floors, tile floors and amazing woodwork inside, amazing views outside, combined with a 12' X 32' screened in porch with a 4 burner gas grill makes this short term rental one of the best on the market. This property has 156 acres, mostly wooded, with trails throughout for the hiking enthusiast. Additionally, there is a half acre pond for swimming: children must be supervised at all times by the pond and no swimming alone.

Past renters praised the beauty of the home and the views and stated that they would highly recommend this home to other families on their team, and want to rent this home when/if they have other players in future seasons.

Twenty minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park and twenty minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village, combined with the quality of the craftsmanship inside this home, make this home the ideal baseball rental.

Wilber lake is 2 miles away if you want to bring a fishing pole or Goodyear lake, Sillman Cove access, is 4 miles away for great fishing and swimming. Oneonta's Wilber pool, with life guards, is 5 miles . Portlandvill Kayak and Paddle Boards Rentals is two miles away and located on the Susquehanna river in Portlandville.
