40m2 duplex located at the foot of the departure of the Great Montets cable car, in the village of Argentiere in Haute Savoie. Completely renovated. Sleeping capacity: 5 people. 1 double, 2 bunk beds + 1 sofa bed (1 or 2 people). Kitchen equipped with American, and TV. RdeC raised gournd, overlooking the garden, the Grands Montets, massive Drus and the Aiguille du Midi. Very quiet and sunny, comfortable. Shops at 5 minutes walk. Direct connections by bus or train to Chamonix.

In winter, the Grands Montets cable car is within 100m and the ski school. In summer, starting walks in the mountains less than 50m. Bike rental on site. Perfect for mountain lovers. 10km from Chamonix and ice Sea. Possibility of climbing, paragliding, golf, tennis, rafting, canyoning and summer toboggan.

Mauvaise expérience

Notre séjour aurait pu être parfait si nous n'étions pas tombés sur une souris morte dans l'appartement. Une odeur nous dérangeait depuis notre arrivée sans savoir exactement de quoi il s'agissait, jusqu'au moment de notre départ lorsque nous avons tout rangé...Je ne trouve pas normal qu'une souris puisse être "oubliée" par une femme de ménage...qui plus est dans la cuisine.

Bueniaima ubicación, camas comodas y apartamento muy completo, no faltandole de nada. Solo dos peros, water abajo, aseo arriba y zonas estrechas, donde tiene que esperar uno, para que salga otro.

Appartement cosy

Joli duplex idéalement situé aux pieds des grands Montets, très jolie vue. Super commerces à proximité ! Nous l'avons trouvé étroit pour 2 adultes et 3 ados et un peu bruyant le soir peut-être car en face de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble où les gens discutent et comme ce sont de vieux bâtiments, ça résonne. Pas mal d'électroménager cassés en fin de saison.. La vallée de Chamonix vaut le détour, c'est absolument magnifique !

Appartement idéal

En effet, localisation parfaite à deux pas du centre d'Argentière avec toutes ses commodités, de la navette, du train et bien sûr des pistes de ski (alpin, fond). L'appartement possède de nombreux rangement, bien pensés pour ne pas empiéter sur l'espace de vie qui est cosy, notamment grâce à ces larges et nombreuses banquettes. A 4 adultes et un bébé de 10 mois, nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

location très chère pour un séjour dans les Alpes

L'appartement n'aurait jamais dû être nettoyé par les occupant avant nous vu l'état sanitaire du COVID que nous traversons! rien je suppose n'a été désinfecté donc un manque de prise de conscience ! nous l'avions vu de suite vu le manque de propreté ! la propriétaire nous l'a confirmé. Nous étions très déçu car en plus les télécabines d'Argentière ne sont ouvertes que le week-end!

Camp de base idéal pour la vallée de Chamonix

Duplex très propre et très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la gare, superbe vue bien que situé au rez de chaussée. Il y a beaucoup de rangement dans l'appartement, idéal pour 4 personnes. La salle de bain est un peu petite, mais suffisante. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les literies très correctes. Un très bon camp de base pour explorer la superbe vallée de Chamonix, d'autant qu'avec le train à proximité, on peut aller partout très facilement.

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, le logement est très bien situé, au rdc ,au pied des téléphériques et des navettes de bus. Très bien aménagé et très propre, on prend plaisir à se réveiller au premier avec vu sur la neige .... Je vous le recommande

very convenient

The apartment is actually somewhat smaller than it looks in photos. It also has a lot of things which ask to be repaired. However it had everything we needed. The location is superb: next to the lift (we visited in summer and took the lift to start of our hike with kids) and very close to the center of the village. It was somewhat inconvenient that bed sheets were not provided (and it was not possible to arrange them for an additional price). 60 euro for cleaning is a bit too much. But we are very much satisfied anyways.
