La Playa Grande features beautiful Quila hardwood floors throughout and has a balcony. You are in the village centre and the Russell beach is only 100 mtrs away, you are rewarded with minutes walk to grocery store, bottle shop, restaurants, bakery, wharf and information centre and an ideal luxury base for exploring the Bay of Islands.

Top Floor two large bedrooms (king beds) with views of York Street share a bathroom and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms (queen beds) share a shower room and separate toilet. The living/dining room is an open plan with and modern kitchen. Rear and off-street parking. Nearby you have the Cape Brett walk, great surf beaches and some of the best fishing, diving and sailing in the world.

Perfect location

The location and size of the property were perfect for our needs. It really is a large and amazing apartment. Baden is a wonderful host - there were a few issues with the property which he did his best to fix, but was hampered by the Christmas period when repairmen were not available. People should be aware that the whole apartment is upstairs so if anyone has difficulty negotiating stairs there are no bedrooms or bathroom downstairs.
