You will love this gorgeous well presented beach house, definitely giving you that holiday feel. The property features a double storey town house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & laundry downstairs. Upstairs is a generous sized open plan dining/lounge entertaining area, which opens out to a deck with fabulous views of Swan Bay. Imagine watching the sunset from your own private balcony! This is your ideal holiday destination on beautiful Phillip Island.

The popular Surf Beach is only a short stroll, ideal for surfing, fishing, exploring the rockpools.
A Bottle shop, Pizza & Coffee van is also just a short walk away.

From golden sandy beaches to wonderful bushwalks, the property will provide as a fantastic base to all this wonderful island has to offer.

Loved our stay. The view was beautiful. The walks around the area was so beautiful. People around the area were really friendly. Little Rock Wallabies are beautiful. The beach is beautiful. The pizza from the food truck )around the corner) was really good. The property was clean and spacious. Looking forward to coming back.

We arrived quite late at night but found the property easily enough. We attempted to open the lock box without success so we called the host only to be told we should have parked at the back of the property where the other lock box was as the front lock box is for emergencies only. Would have been nice to know this beforehand as it was raining hard and blowing a gale when we got there. The house was adequate for our needs but absolutely freezing downstairs (the floors are stone and there is no heating) so would not recommend for a winter break. The floors were dirty as was the mattress protector on the Queen bed, so I slept upstairs on the sofa. Bed linen was provided at our request - 20 per bed- but the beds were not made. The upstairs was better due to the heat pump which worked well. We moved the sofa a little to better feel the heat and were the floors were very dirty underneath. I think they may need to have a word with the cleaner. There were some tea bags and coffee sachets provided but the coffee sachets went out of date in 2022!! The traffic was noisy in the morning but on the up side the views were great and the beach was close. Don't think I would book to stay there again.

The place is very run-down and needs renovations to the kitchen, floors and bathrooms. The traffic noise is continual as it is right on one of the busiest roads on the island. You can't even sit on the balcony because trucks and cars are there all day and night. Overall, very disappointing. Not worth the money.

Weekend get away to Phillip Island

The home was inviting & welcoming. We enjoyed relaxed evenings on the balcony with a lovely view. We were well located to a fabulous dog walking beach & the Woolami village. Easy access to all the island had to offer. Our host was more than helpful in every way.

Lovely, view, cozy home.

Delighted with the property, close to everything and has a beautiful view of the water. We had everything we heeded for a quick visit which would be the case for a long stay also. Definitely recommend this lovely home.

Great Weekend Escape

We absolutely loved the expansive open plan upstairs area with fully equipped kitchen and comfy seating and generous dining table. The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. We felt that the open scenery more than made up for it. Would happily stay again. A very homely and well-located base from which to explore Phillip Island.

What a treasure

A treasure found, not buried in beach, but very close to a spectacular surf beach, ironically bearing the same name. The accomodation was more than I expected, incredibly clean, and as described. A wonderful experience, I wish I could have stayed longer; I hope to stay again.

Great property for a short stay if attending events at the GP circuit. Central for everything and even plenty of parking out the back for cars and trailers etc. House was lovely with a great view and a fantastic deck and entertainment area overlooking Westernport. Highly recommended

Easy low key getaway minutes from surf beach

Had a great stay, 3 couples with small children. Family and pet friendly. Being right on the main road was a bit offputting because on a long weekend it was pretty busy and deterred us from sitting out on the deck. But otherwise perfectly pleasant.

Nice place for a short stay

The first-floor area is open-plan and has great views of the water. You can sit back and enjoy a great evening with a glass of wine and BBQ. The bedrooms are quite small but comfy. Felt they were a bit dusty and needed a good vacuum.

Being on the main rd was a bit noisy but ok. The fridge was a little small for a family. The back beach was superb we enjoyed a wonderful sunset. Great space for a family would have enjoyed a few more staples i.e salt pepper oil. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house

Also suitable for large groups

We had five very relaxed but also productive seminar days in this accommodation. We were ten adults and we all felt comfortable. We cooked every day and everything we needed was there. The barbecue was great and the sea view every morning was a dream. Unfortunately, it was too noisy for group conversations on the balcony during the day due to the proximity to the road. We just loved the possibilties of the proximity (Beaches, Koala Parks, having dinner in Cowes).
