Welcome to the gated, private and exclusive community of Sand Point at Entrada. Our beautiful community consists of only 6 homes.

With only 6 homes, our community is the perfect place to escape the typical crowds of the large vacation home communities. Whether you choose a totally relaxing vacation or go all out to experience the beautiful outdoors in Southern Utah, this home is central to all of the hot spots.

Professionally decorated and recently updated it also has an attached two car garage. It has all the conveniences of home including secure Wi-Fi, great surround sound system with speakers in the Great Room and a new Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. It also has an upgraded, large kitchen with brand new appliances and granite counter tops with natural, slate floors and all the dishes, cookware and spices you will need to prepare your meals.

The extremely large master bedroom has a new, high quality king size adjustable mattress with the finest quality bedding. There is a private exit to the viewed back patio, a smart TV and a large master bathroom with a shower and a garden tub. There are two new leather, very comfortable recliners to relax and watch TV or read.

The second bedroom located within the main portion of the home has a new bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top. A new smart TV has recently been added for streaming. There is a separate entrance to the full size guest bathroom located just off the bedroom.

The private, separate entranced casita is located off the front courtyard area and it has a queen size bed with new bedding, a TV, desk and a bathroom with a shower. This is a great option for couples or families that bring their grandparents or guests adding more privacy and comfort.

There is always a freshly cleaned BBQ located in the garage.

All linens and towels are included and are of the finest quality. This is a single family detached home located in a quiet subdivision of Entrada with only 6 homes.

Sand Point At Entrada shares an outdoor pool and hot tub directly across the street with the small community of Lava Falls totaling 20 homes.

We are located on the west side of St. George located just a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only a mile from the award winning Canyons Softball Complex.

Our mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the JEM trail less than an hour away. Hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share the "Secret Local Spots" with you.

Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us.
