This fabulous 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home is ideally located in the wonderful neighborhood, Lava Falls at Entrada in Santa Clara City and consists of just 20 homes. Santa Clara offers the benefit of being close to everything, yet feels like you're in your own private paradise away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The benefit of staying in this neighborhood is that unlike most rentals in the Saint George area this home is not on the outskirts of town where you give up the convenience of close proximity to amenities such as grocery stores, entertainment & dining BUT it is also not "in town" stuffed into a neighborhood of 100+ rentals in such a busy neighborhood that you might as well be on vacation in downtown Salt Lake.

We are conveniently located as a home base for day trip adventures to a plethora of the outdoor attractions that Utah has to offer, including many of the State & National Parks like Zions & Snow Canyon. Snow Canyon State Park is an amazing place to hike, bike, climb, picnic, take a scenic drive, or play in the sand dunes and is just about 5 minutes away. Downtown Santa Clara, which has some great local restaurants, shopping, and farmer's markets, is also just about 5 minutes away. Kayenta, which features Coyote Gultch shopping, art gallery & coffee shop, is just 10 minutes away. Tuachan (St. George's outdoor theater), where you can enjoy wonderful entertainment in an unbelievable setting, is just a few minutes away. Harmons, which is arguably the best grocery store in St. George is also just a couple of minutes away. Outside your front door, there are great biking, walking, & hiking trails, or just enjoy the day lounging by the private neighborhood pool and hot tub.

Lava Falls was the perfect home base for our vacation! The location couldn't have been better—just steps away from scenic biking and walking trails that we explored every day. The house itself is beautifully furnished with a modern, stylish touch and was impeccably clean upon arrival.It’s clear the owners have thought of everything: the home is fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!) to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. After busy days of adventuring, the pool was the ideal spot to unwind and relax.We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway!

4th of July Weekend getaway

Lovely Home in Great Location

This was one of the best homes we have ever rented through VRBO. Hosts were great and the house is furnished with many extra amenities. It is only minutes from a beautiful canyon but still convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. If we were to return to St. George, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!!

This was our first time to St george and we loved this house. There were two couples so the two master bedrooms were perfect. The decor is beautiful, they have thought of everything. The pool and hot tub were great too! We give this place our highest recommendation!!

Access to the pool was a plus - great place to cool off in the afternoons. While we didnt do much cooking there - so many good restaurants to chose from! - the kitchen was fully stocked. The house was decorated beautifully !! Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely nice home

The home was very nicely appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds and linens were sooo comfortable. The home owner was great with quick responses and we enjoyed a great dinner at her recommendation. He pool and hot tub were quiet and relaxing. Great proximity to mountain biking and town. Everything is top notch in this home - furniture, linens, kitchen supplies. And it was spotless. Owners are very attentive and accommodating. We liked having the bicycles available as well. We wish we could've stayed longer.

Fabulous home for friends on golf vacation.

This rental is was perfect for our couple's golf vacation. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed or wanted. The showers were hot and excellent water pressure. We found the location close to golf courses and restaurants. The most important aspect of our stay was it very clean. We will be recommending this location to our friends travelling to St George.

Highly recommend

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and so was all the seating in the lounge area and on the outside patio. Communications with the hosts was excellent throughout. We are regular visitors to St George and would definitely stay in this house again. Highly recommend.

Felt like home

Came here with my 69 year old mother and it was a wonderfully comfortable spot, very close to my softball fields and also easy access to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon Park. Walkable neighborhood, all the facilities worked and the beds were super comfortable. Was easy to be communal or to have space and time to ourselves. Highly recommended as a home base for a trip to Ivins, we didn’t even begin to use all the property had to offer.

Great condo, great location

We stayed at this condo a few years ago and were pleasantly surpised to see that it had been updated with new furniture and new TV's. The condo was well stocked and Tisha, the new owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is very close to Snow Canyon which is one of our favorite places. We will definitely stay here again when we return to St.George.

Just the Best!

This was our second stay at Casa de Paz and we were thrilled to be here. We love staying in this home. It's beautiful. It's convenient. It's spotless. It's all the things you'd want it to be when you're at a home away from home. The house is located in a perfect neighborhood with easy access to hiking, biking, swimming, hot tub, parks, entertainment, dining out, groceries... everything! We brought our bikes and put hundreds of miles on them during our stay. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We stayed three nights and loved the location. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of towels (including large beach towels for the pool/hot tub), swim noodles, bikes with helmets, games, puzzles, and many small touches that make the stay comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and everything is high-quality. We enjoyed having the gas fireplace and there are plush throws on the couch and chairs. Having a gate to the pool from the backyard is a big plus. There is access to one of the many bike paths right down the road. It is perfect for two couples, with two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautifully furnished, generously supplied, easy communication with both owners and managers, many nice "extras" like bikes and helmets, pool towels and noodles. Nearby bike path and hiking trail winding through interesting lava fields. Harmon's is just a mile away with great salad bar and ready-to-eat options as well as groceries. For cooking in you'll find everything you need (slow cooker, blender, quality pots and pans, etc). We have stayed at over 100 short-term vacation rentals, including a number in St. George area, and this one rates right at the top.

Excellent home away from home!

Our stay here was fantastic! The home is well kept and very clean. The kitchen is has everything you could ever want, and is probably one of the best stocked kitchens of any place we have ever stayed. The bed is super comfortable. We slept great after all of the hiking we did each day. This served as a great home base for all of our adventures in Utah. Very convenient to Zion National Park, but also within a day trip to Bryce Canyon and even Antelope Canyon in Arizona! Great amenities! It was great to have bike provided, as there ate trails EVERYWHERE in the area! Pool was also a great place to relax after all of the hiking and bike riding! Tisha was a great host! She was easy to get a hold of and responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great home in Beautiful location

We felt at home as soon as we entered. This is an updated, very clean and nicely decorated home. The beds are comfy. The pictures are accurate. This is so close to downtown St. George but without being crowded. Room to breathe and enjoy the views. Great location to just hang out or adventure to many areas. We had day trips to Zion and Bryce NP, Snow Canyon and all the hiking trails around St. George. Nice paved path right by the home to take an evening stroll and the area felt extremely safe to view the dark skies. Two grocery stores nearby. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen is fully stocked but many restaurants to enjoy as well. I liked sitting in the back yard with my coffee, enjoying the sun and blue sky everyday! And then to watch the sun set over the mountains. Also liked sitting on the cozy patio to read and relax. There is a very nice pool and hot tub area just through the back yard! Perfect place to stay and if in the area would definitely book again! Great communication with owner.

We are NOT a management company and have personal interest our guests' happiness and hope to make your stay a memorable and great experience. Why they chose this property

Since Tisha was a little girl her family used to visit St. George every year for Spring Break and fell in love with the area long ago. Michael's parents visited from Ohio and fell in love with everything Utah has to offer and ended up purchasing a winter home in St. George. Tisha and Michael have been looking for a vacation home for a while and finally found the perfect fit in this house. After looking for several years here are the things that were important in making our decision. We aren't ready to retire yet and wanted a place that we could rent out and share with family and friends. St. George is very strict about rentals and has designated most of the "nightly rental" communities on the outskirts of town where the conveniences are much further away. We really wanted a place that if you decided you wanted to grab dinner, go to the grocery store, go to a movie or shop it wasn't going to take 20 minutes to get there. On the opposite side of things we didn't want to purchase in a neighborhood that was so full of rentals and just packed people into houses that there wasn't any privacy and felt over crowded. We wanted somewhere with close proximity to outdoor climbing, biking, hiking, golf, shopping, dining and entertainment but still felt like a retreat. We also wanted a swimming pool and hot tub. So...we found our little oasis and hope that you feel the same during your stay.
